I love that you wasn’t “put together” I had my c section October 30th I understand make up and doing your hair whatever makes some moms feel good, but in that moment natural is better. You can look your worse, but it is the most beautiful moment ever. I cried so hard when my baby boy entered this world. I looked terrible to, we always focus too hard on how we look, in that moment all that matters is that beautiful baby! Congratulations ❤
🤍 so glad you had this experience and congrats to you both❤ welcome to this world Luna and a lifetime of love .. in the medical field we are not supposed to give medical advise of our experiences to other as everyone is different. I am sorry they nurse said that to you and their beliefs should be not said .. Luna is pretty long and a great weight ❤ .. can’t wait to hear more on your recovery.. and again reach out to both parents and let them help take care of you and give you great tips ❤❤ have a great support system in place for sleep ..
Congrats! I'm so happy for you! Just remember it don't matter the adventure to get her here as long as she's here happy healthy. Congrats mama she's beautiful.
I am so happy for you both!!! I was induced on a Friday morning and failed. After the balloon, manual dilation, and then being diagnosed with severe preeclampsia, my twins were born via emergency c section almost 4 days later. We ended being in the hospital over a week. 4 days in L&D and 4 days in postpartum/recovery.
Congratulations Paige!! Luna is so precious!! 🥹 And your new Mama glow is even stronger than your pregnancy glow!! ✨ I am so happy you had a positive birth experience!! 🤍🤍🤍
It's really nice to hear your story because I had my son on 11/7 I was 40 weeks and 3 days and it has been good to hear your journey while going thru my own journey. It's kinda like I have a friend who's going the same thing with me.
I went through just about the same experience but I did finally dilate to 4cm so I got the epidural and after that nothing. I ended with a C-section and was in the hospital for a week! High blood pressure and swelling kept me there! Congratulations your baby girl is beautiful and give yourself all the grace you need in returning back to filming!! Glad your experience was a positive one and omg nobody talks about how much the cervix checks hurt but mine hurt so so bad Everytime!🤍
🤍 I’ve been following your journey for a while now and never commented before, but I just wanted to thank you for sharing your experience so openly! I am most likely going in for an induction in about 3.5 weeks and I’m so nervous about it failing! This eased my mind SO much! Congratulations on your new baby!
I definitely teared up a little. Birth stories always make me a tad emotional because its just so beautiful. I dont have any kids of my own but I watched my best friends 2 daughters come into the world and it truly is a beautiful magical thing. Congratulations and way to go! So happy for you and your family! Happy holidays! 🤍
She is beautiful. I have a similar birthing experience but I had the balloon and pitocin. I had a C-section but was out under because the numbing wasn't working but I did hear her cry and then say it's a girl cause we didn't find out. I also would do it all again. 🤍first time mom of a baby girl and it's crazy how time flies. To all the moms new and experienced don't forget bwe got this❤❤❤😊😊😊😊
🤍🤍🤍Congratulations! I’m not sure that anyone’s birth plan goes perfectly according to plan, but that’s what makes each experience unique. After it’s all said and done your sweet bundle of joy is worth it all! You and Jarvys will be great parents! 🤍🤍🤍
Thanks for sharing! I'm high risk and will have to go in for an induction and possibly a C section. The idea of the surgery was really freaking me out, but hearing your experience makes me feel better.
Congratulations on the birth of your precious baby girl! 💗 I had all 3 of my children by C-section. My first was an emergency so I was knocked out. The next two were scheduled ones. I'm kind of glad because I didn't have to go through any labor. I wouldn't change a thing. I'm sorry you had to go through so much pain beforehand. Glad you both made it through safely ! Thanks for sharing your story and yes I listened to it all!🤍🤍🤍
I had the foley balloon and never again. I also refused any unnecessary cervical checks until after I had an epidural. My epidural failed twice and I delivered naturally and had a rapid birth. All this being said, every birth is different. I’m glad you had a positive experience after the failed induction. You’re so strong momma and you look STUNNING! Soak in all those newborn snuggles. I miss them SO much ❤
CONGRATULATIONS!!! Your little princess is amazing!!! Wish her luck, joy and love accompanying her through her life. My best wishes to you too. I think you will be a great mom❤️
I’m so happy for you and your family! I giggled when you talked about feeling like your pictures weren’t flattering after birth. My first photo of me with my son is the absolute worst photo of me ever and I love it haha 😆 my son is 20 months old and we have a planner where we write a little something every day about what he’s done that day. It’s been so fun to look back at those earlier days and compare them to now. We want to continue journaling his life as long as possible and look over it with him one day ❤
🤍🤍🤍- Love this video, so happy for you. I have watched you since the Jaclyn Hill experience, and to see you become a mother and Jarvis a father is just an incredible thing to see.
I took pitocin from not being dialated for my induction and yes it was very painful I was able to deliver him hours later but even with an epidural it was bad and then the epidural was making my blood pressure drop it was a mess but we both made it thru ..I’m happy you made the best decision for you and your baby cause thats what matters is you doing the best for you both ..congrats again 😊
🤍Congrats! Your induction story started out so similarly to mine! I was super close to a section as well. Glad you had a good experience overall, and hope you continue to have a good recovery!
Congratulations on becoming a mother 🎊 😊. I had 2 c-section and it's ok. All the best to you, your beautiful baby girl , your husband and your whole family ❤❤.
🤍 Wow girly, your light-hearted approach to sharing your rather traumatic experience is inspiring!🥹 I am 31 wks with an IVF baby and was just told last week that I would not be going full term and would have a scheduled induction sometime btwn 38 and 39 wks. Oofta, shall see how it goes 🫤 Glad you can look back and feel confident that you'd do it again!
I had a c section too and I was so scared! I got to a 7 and couldnt progress any further. When I told them to go ahead and do the c section I felt so defeated as a mom. When I went in for my c section I was already numb from the epidural, but the spinal made me SO sick. Nonetheless, I knew i made the right decision when they told me my son's cord was around his neck twice. I'm so glad you had a positive experience! She's beautiful and you did amazing
🤍so glad everything was as smooth as it could be and that your doctors were great! Happy to see you,Jarvys, and Luna are doing well! Congrats Paige! Proud of you!!
@@PaigeKoren Of course! I’ve been watching your videos for years and you really do make such a beautiful mom! I’m sending all my love and well wishes 💜
This was such a beautiful birth story congratulations. I’m schedule for an induction but also have already been told a c-section is more likely and I’m so scared . But your story has alleviated some of my anxiety… Also love the name choice Luna . Both my cat and husband last name is Luna lol 😊 you’re daughter is beautiful , congratulations again and thanks for taking the time to share this 💖🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍

Omg it’s so good to see your beautiful face Paige! Thank you for sharing your birth story with us and omg Luna is perfect! So happy for your little family 🩷🩷🩷
I definitely understand the whole c-section situation. I had to get one myself and didn't want it. I wasn't diluating but had lost all of my fluid and was at risk for infection for both me & my son so I had to get one. And I looked a mess 😂 he crawled all the way back up in me once they got to him too so he wasn't ready to go. I'm glad you and baby Luna were safe b/c that of course was of the most importance. My son is now 14 years old and I still remember every detail of that day
I've had 2 C-sections but never had natural birth. I had twins with my first pregnancy so they automatically do a C-section and then they always recommend another C-section once you've had one. My first one was actually an emergency C-section. I didn't mind mine at all, but of course I never had natural birth either. I didn't want to have to go thru labor so a C-section sounded great to me. My recovery wasn't bad at all imo. Your nurse shouldn't have pressured you either way. I know she was prob just trying to give advice based on her experiences, but that isn't really her place. She should just give you information but not an opinion on what you should do unless you specifically ask, like your doctor did. I actually just had my first grandchild born Oct 2nd, a boy named Atlas. Babies are miracles and wonderful and a lot of work. So happy for Paige and Jarvys! You chose a beautiful name. I hope we get frequent updates!
🤍🤍 I also had a C section. It is not a walk in the park. Congratulations again on the birth of your daughter. So happy to hear you and baby are doing fine.

The epidural failed and the spinal tap also failed. My partner was in with me but then had to leave as I had to have general anaesthetic. I went to sleep just after 1.30am on the Saturday, baby girl was born 2.15am. I woke up 4.30am to be told she was in the Neonatal intensive care unit. My partner/the daddy, was able to go see her at 7.30am, I needed to be able to sit before they took me round at 12:15pm, she was 10 hours old. She had 3 days in the NICU, and day 5 we were both allowed home. Definitely a hard recovery but I did push myself quite soon as I hated getting the nurses to help me to the Nicu ward as they were busy so I would walk there. We weren’t allowed any visitors and my partner was only allowed in 3 hours a day. This was last year. X
I had an emergency c section and I was terrified. I wouldn’t dilate either however I had preeclampsia. I went into heavy contractions so they made my blood pressure spike and my sons heart rate drop so I was rushed into c section . Glad to hear you guys are ok and healthy
