Can you please tell me what is black colour chip?? I'm confused about that and also I need to clarify about that various colour in that box like yellow, green, etc...
Hi Shruthi, With new device the black chip is no more in it place. Earlier it was used to calibrate the device.
Regarding the yellow, green dots on the strip box lets you know wellness of the strip and also can be used to read sugar level as reference only.

Hi Punam, Even after setting the needle penetration depth to highest doesn't work then there is some issue with mechanism of the lancet device. You may need to buy a replacement spare lancet device.

Hi Uttam, The reason for E-5 error is exposure to too much light (sunlight or very bright LED light) or strong electromagnetic field.
Please try using device in a shaded place or turn the source of electromagnetic radiation off.
It isn't starting while pressing S
Dear Sir, The S button needs be pressed for more time so device gets started. Also the device should auto start when strip is inserted. If your device is old then one probability may be battery has gone down. Pls try changing battery once.

Hi, If your strip is not contaminated then you can remove and reinsert it in device.
