I’m so happy you did this video and I found it! I’ve had my new nomad sectional for almost a week now and I was having buyer’s remorse because it’s SO firm. I wanted something a little more cushioning but I’m glad in time it will become more comfortable while staying durable!
I have the Nomad in the Ivory color. We got it in 2022. Frankly the couch itself is fine structurally but the cushions get black as do the sides where we lean. Not sure if its due to jeans or something else. Tried to clean it multiple times but still looks dirty
Watched both your videos. I was going to buy this for my vacation condo because of the way it is shipped. I am worried about the ability for delivery of a large sectional that is not modular. I do think the Nomad is expensive for the quality. However, the 3 seater size is what I need while the mid century design is what I was looking for. I am concerned about comfort and it looking cheap. I probably wouldn't care as much if it was cheap in price. I am still on the fence. I just don't have many options since my place is small. Thanks for the review.
I was actually going to go to their showroom to try out the sofa and sit on it, but the point you brought up about the back not being so high for me is a deal breaker. So glad I found your video. Thanks!
This! I wish I had seen your video before we bought ours. It holds up in so many categories, but it doesn't feel cozy because the back is so low and the cushions are so firm. We're couch shopping again, and I don't think we've had it even a year.
Thanks for this. I already bought it but saw awful reviews online and got worried lol. But I’ll let it come in and decide how I feel before giving up on it now
We have a 2 year-old Burrow Nomad sectional and completely regret buying it. They are far more flimsy than we ever imagined and the inner frame of the corner section completely snapped when my young son put his weight along the top. He's not big and did this forever on our previous 20 year-old Sears couch that was built right. Burrow supposedly can't sell a replacement section because they told us that their suppliers in different countries use different parts?! Total waste of $3K+ and completely regret buying it. Oh, and internal hinges will loosen up over time. Get ready to use bolt adhesive in the future.
I can't get arms. They sent me a loveseat and ottoman with no arms, and they just keep asking for patience and claiming no fault, it's FedEx not them but they're sorry. Not sorry enough to throw new arms on a truck apparently, but sorry.
I hate that kind of service, and Fed Ex is notoriously awful to work with from the end customer standpoint. Did they ever deliver your arms? If so, how did you like the sofa?
how do you have such a layer of dirt on everything? I mean, even your clothes are dirty. Couldn't you have at least cleaned the couch before making a video on it? Why are you wearing your shoes in the house? I think most of the issues you are having stems from the dirt you are bringing into your house and ti's ending up on the couch. washing your clothes, taking off your shoes, these could be some tips to try.
This couch is the worst! I can't believe all the people out there saying it's comfortable. Straight up fake reviews. Get this couch if you have guests that you don't want staying long or if you want to feel like you'd sitting on the floor or the back of a pickup truck. Retuned it and went to west elm outlet for a comfortable couch at the same price. Do yourself a favor and skip the 10% return fee, or $200 in our case.
I've had this one (same color too) for over 2 years and it's very comfortable. I tangent thinking it was somewhat stiff when I bought it but it definitely softened up. I am also 6ft and have to sit pretty low with my leg on the ottoman to get comfy though because of the low back. but I like that the cushions have gotten softer and still retained their original shape and look. I don't know if you just got a bad set maybe?

Appreciate you man! Was looking for a review of cleaning the sofa, glad you brought it up.
Might have to make a video reviewing the cleaner thing we use. It’s pretty great.
@@humediy you should! what kind of detergent did you end up using with it? ours just arrived

Confused on why a bunch of stains are visible if stains come out easily?
It’s called now cleaning the stains. But I have a video where I clean them lol

Sure thing!
@@humediy I guess that maybe the very modern look perhaps.
@@SidsTips ya no doubt.

What are your feelings two years in? Looking for a couch for our finished basement. We just don't want to invest in saggy cushions.
We still have the couch and use it everyday. The firmness holds up. I guess i need to make a two year review! Ha
@humediy this really helps. We have a narrow stairwell, so we are limited. Thanks again.
The main test here was can you sleep on it through the night. Sounds like it passed the test lol
indeed. 10/10

@@humediy It's pretty nice. You weren't lying about the low backs, but I just lay down on it instead haha.
We have a range and 100% agree the backs are WAY too low.
Cool Aeros hat man
Love the rug. Where’d you get it?
Wayfair… I think
Review your purple couch.
Great idea except we don’t have it anymore 🥲😂
Very helpful thnx you.

@@centaur7607 I did finally get my arms and I like the loveseat. It's firm but not a brick and it's a great height with decent depth.
@@davecox6431 Glad to hear it! Thanks for the feedback!
You should put that couch in a sitting room and get a cozy couch for the room that you guys are in more often.
When we get a bigger house we can do that :)
i feel like most of this video we are discussing his hygiene issues

Part of Burrows selling point is that it is easy to clean. My clothes look fine 😂
