Hi Steve! I think the first one will be standard height. However, I have been testing out the Aprilia Low Comfort Seat and find it to be an improvement over stock, especially on longer trips. (For the record, I'm 5'7 with 30" inseem.) My initial test and thoughts are in this video: ua-cam.com/video/OpIXrzBw0vU/v-deo.htmlsi=PtYDKoNwyU6Z3gRm. And I've got a long-term review about it coming out next week. However, my ultimate plan is to install the AltRider lowering kit before the Sargent Seat comes out. I've already got the kit and will be doing an install video of that. But I discuss the benefits of adjustable suspension kit in this video: ua-cam.com/video/UVsgm6msQjg/v-deo.htmlsi=PXsNXpbhijqqZ0Z2. Once that's installed, I'll be able to quickly and easily adjust the suspension up or down to accomodate the Sargent Seat when it comes in!
Awesome, have one on my S1000XR and have a Tuareg as well. Looking forward to this new offering, I will not look at my seat the same after seeing the people behind it. Thanks for the tour. The flashlight was a surprise find on mine and a nice touch.
Thanks for taking the time to tour the Sargent Cycle Products factory. I purchased a seat from them for my 09' BMW G650GS two years ago. And what a difference it made. I only wish I'd done so before riding out to the Grand Canyon from here at home (Southern Indiana). Planning on retiring this coming Dec. and riding to Prudhoe Bay 2025. Oh, and the funny thing is, I just happened to be wearing my hat that looks just like Jose's hat in the video. 😊 Thanks for showing the MPA boys around Mary 👍👍
@Docent_Prodigy You done a fine job Jason. I sure hope Mary sees my comment on her and send me one of those cool sweat shirts like she had on. I'd be representing them wherever I rode !! 😉
Hey Mary, I've got a Sargent seat and 2 hats. 1 from my order. And the 2nd from the Sargent vendor booth over in Virginia last Spring at the MOA BMW Rally. I'd really like a shirt like the one you had on the video. 😉😉
Love my KLR 650 Sargent seat! It makes driving long distance enjoyable.
That's awesome! Thanks for watching and commenting. - Chris
Very cool. Are they making a lower Tuareg seat for us vertically challenged folk? :)

Did you by any chance pick me up a seat for my Versys 650? Great vid. Never thought so much was involved in making a seat.
