@@medeforeachother1888 unko maida, sugar aur junk food bilkul nhi khana hai. Aur roj 1hour wallking and excersize. Rice ko oats se replace kijiye aur safed nhi lal ata khaiye. Diet me fruit samil kijiye. Red meat ko km kijiye. U get the best result

No. Pancreatitis can be caused by some medicines. But not fatty pancreas.
Doctor, age is 63 and glycoslated haemoglobin 6.2% aya hai but but glucose fasting 89 mg/dl and globulin 3.23 gm/dl aya hai.
Glycostlated haemoglobin 6.2% hai to kya type 1 diabetes hui hai ya type 2?
Hba1c se hame pichle 3 months ka average glucose pata chalta hai.
6.2 is ok. It is in prediabetic range. For diabetes diagnosis 6.5 se zada hona chahiye. To abhi its fine.
Aur agar diabetes ki dawa already chal rhi then it means diabetes is well controlled.

Sir 1month pehle meine ultrasound kiya .rport mei normal in size and increased in echotexture.MPD is not dilated.No intra or peripancreaticfluid seen..aur last mei usg of abdomen reveals - Pancreatic steatosis..please iska matlab kya hei app mujhei bataiye...mujhe pet bhari bhari sa laga rehta hei aur thora sa khane se hi jadya khaya jesa lagta hei,pet fula hua jesa lagta hei...app please kuch Suggest kare

Agar koi symptoms nahi aa rhe and blood sugar levels and hba1c normal hai tab diet par focus karen. Apni diet theek karen. Aur exercise karen. Abhi dikhane ki zarurat nahi. But agar pancreatitis k symptoms hain - pet m dard hai, amylase and lipase badha hua hai ya blood sugar levels badhen hain then consult an endocrinologist. Thanks.

Han amylase normal hai. Bulky and hypoechoic pancreas pancreatitis me hota hai but amylase normal hai.

Chronic pancreatitis me symptoms jo bhi aate hain usi ko control karna hota hai but koi as such medicines ya treatment nahi hai. Only symptomatic treatment. But most important diet hi hai. And discharge k baad bhi multivitamins and enzymes continue karen healthy diet k sath.

Normal pancreas - uniformly echogenic and same echotexture like liver.
Fatty pancreas - more or hyperechoic pancreas with higher echogenicity than that of the liver.
Also if chronic pancreatitis- dilatation of the pancreatic duct.
