In life sometimes it’s easier to quit but I will continue to have faith in God! I have been struggling financially and mentally. I lost my job as a social worker because I refused the vaccine. I refused due to my pre existing health conditions heart disease and lupus. I’m on a ton of medications already warfarin and blood thinners are just a few. Living with lupus I’m in constant pain. I stopped eating meat in hopes to alleviate my pain. I was denied my medical/religious exemption from Forsyth hospital. Since losing my job I’ve been struggling to provide for my two children. I’m so overwhelmed because both of my boys are autistic. So they require a lot out of me. My husband passed away three years ago so I’m all alone. I’m so down and depressed over my circumstances. I have been called horrible names and mocked because of my circumstances. Even though I’m facing homelessness this month, I have so much faith that God will provide for me and my children FAITH OVER FEAR. God’s Love will carry us all . ❤️

I could not say how many of that same book, along with CS Lewis's Mere Christianity I have given to friends during the last years. A few months ago I watched a lecture of Gary Habermas which spoke of the latest evidences for Christ & the Pauline epistles. If ever I needed to be inspired by Faith once again, that was it. I read, More than a Carpenter & precisely the time I needed it most. Fastforward 43 years & I heard Gary's lecture & precisely the moment I needed it. I am one little old nobody who has been touched by the same message as the folk who listened to the sermon on the mount 2000 years ago. Wow, I have been so blessed. I do want to warn you not to get caught up in the 7 mountain mandate, which is false teaching. Also the teaching that God has a covenant with America is unbiblical. Warning in love, brother. I know someone who is literally a legend with a wide group of people. I have heard others tell of some of the things he gas said and done. The only problem is that he didn't do them. I have met someone who told me he has seen and spoken with Elvis three times within 10 years of his death. He seemed rational and sincere. Was he telling the truth? Elvis conquered death!
I have also met someone who assured me that he regularly met with Jesus, who appeared to him as physically real as anyone else. The power of myth is incredibly strong. I know someone who is literally a legend with a wide group of people. I have heard others tell of some of the things he gas said and done. The only problem is that he didn't do them. I was once there when another legend grew up about something he did. Or, it was described to me by someone five years later. Even though I said, "No, it didn't happen like that. He didn't do that. I was there and this just isn't really true. This is all that happened..." I was not believed, and reasons were quickly produced as to why I had got it wrong and not seen it properly. It was a strong lesson in how myth making works, and how quickly it does so.

What is the argument supposed to be here? Sincerity doesn't necessarily guarantee actuality, but I don't think anyone is saying "this person sincerely believed Jesus rose from the dead, therefore Jesus rose from the dead."

OK Let's say for arguments sake that the person we now know as Jesus existed, Now prove he was the son of a deity. After all, I can perform the exact same miracles that the biblical Jesus was said to have performed, and I have 12 friends who will back up my claim.
There's enough evidence to corroborate that a man named Jesus lived and died 2,000 years ago. But the miracles ascribed to Him don't have hard evidence. And those are why believers are in this. They want to believe in magic.
