Hello! The other day I found your channel by chance, and I loved it! I’m getting into the topic of circadian cycles and learning more every day. Just the other day I bought the Luminnete glasses, and after watching your video I’m a bit confused. Do you think it’s better to use these glasses, or to make a panel like the ones you show here? What would be more effective for waking up early in the morning? Thank you very much, and success!! I hope I can see more new videos from you soon. Regards
Glad you found me! So, it depends. The advantage of the Luminette glasses is that they're portable, so you don't have to sit in one spot the whole session, and they're always at their effective range. Lamps can certainly be more effective overall, but you have to sit down to use them, and if you're two feet away which is fairly common, their effectiveness drops quite a bit. The glasses should work just fine for ya! But I have both for example, some desk lamps and some glasses for when I don't want to or can't sit down.
@@optimizeyourbiology OK!! I appreciate your response. I'll try the glasses for a while and maybe later I'll make a panel like the one you show! Thank you very much, greetings
Hi great video would you recommend the lumie brazil i can get this for £50 seems like a good deal as its normally £200 i was just not sure if its a old design?
Hi there! Looks like an older model since it appears to be using fluorescent lights. They advertise 10,000 lux at 1 foot though so it's pretty good for the price! Unfortunately I can't get one here to test but Lumie looks like they actually test their products so I trust the claims.
I can't say for sure... there's really just Beurer and Lumie, I've only tested Lumies and only the ones I can get... Beurer sells quite a few that I can't get in America at this time. Hopefully I can get my hands on those in the future! But the Halo has decent output.
