If you use the actual outdoor wall mount made by Samsung made for the Terrace TV the mount issue getting in the way of the access panel is not a problem. The TV has the round nubs that attach to the vesa holes on the back of the TV and then slot into the vertical uprights on the mount itself instead. There are then leveling screws and safety latches that lock the "nubs" in. Worth the money but got mine "like new" off amazon for less than half the price. Pretty slick. It still pulls away from the wall, articulates, tilts, etc as well so you can adjust it how you want and also remove that cover without ever having to take it off the mount. The specialty mount is worth every penny even at full price. Lots of stainless steel parts and super beefy.
So we have a 3rd party mount and we just sawed off the extra bracket length at the bottom that overlapped over the access panel so you can access it when pulling it away from the wall. Works great.
Thanks Rigid Security. We like kanto mounts. We use their outdoor TV mounts. kantomounts.com/product/pdx650sg/ The terrace soundbar comes with its own brackets to mount to the terrace TV.
The TV does have anti glare. Two problems with the video from the TV. Due to copyright and youtube I didn't want to play any video, so the home screen had two images/videos one in the front and one in the background. Two, the picture flashing or rolling black bar is the difference in the scanning frequency 60hz ex.. compared to that the phone records in. The outdoor terrace does have a great picture with minimal reflection.

Can you make a tutorial for how you mounted the soundbar to the tv?
Very Nice! Great job! What mount did you use to hold the TV & Soundboard?

I would have left the extra HDMI cable plugged into the eArc port incase they upgrade sound bars.
Great point, we came back on a future call to eliminate their Amazon fire stick and made that change.
Does it have the anti-glare? Because it doesn't look like it.

Amazon fire stick over heats if installed inside
Yes you are right. We were not aware of this at the time. The fire stick has been removed since this video. Thanks for pointing that out.
This video certainly does not show how to install the TV or the soundbar
