A paper stencil to mark the design so I could hand paint them☺️
Hi I have a question where did you find the font for the name?
I find most of my fonts on 1001fonts.com. It wasn’t exactly the same as the original font but this one was pretty close.

I would say the top tier is approx 3.5” and the bottom tier would be close to 5”.
