Hell no, i've driven both the Auto and manual, and trust me bruv Manual gives these old engines life, these old skul JDM engines require you to rev them up if you wanna make power. Sorry my guy but most old skul Automatic boxes are sluggish due to most of them having longer ratios.
My personal opinion bro. I just love that sluggishness. I see a Cressida as a cruiser. Not everything should be fast hey. You definitely 100% correct ngl. I’d just prefer my Cressida to be an auto. I’ve gotten to drive a 1uz powered Cressida “manual of course “ and it was really fun ngl. Just wish I was doing UA-cam that time.

Toyota Cressida 🏆 Just cause of personal preference. Don’t get me wrong the 1989 Nissan Skyline 3.0 SGLi is also an amazing car. My one bro took me for a spin in his uncles all original one and super clean condition and well taken car and that thing drives amazing and it also moves. The sound of that engine is also amazing.
