In season three everybody really started to perfect their characters. Jolene Blalock did a masterful job of acting. It’s a shame there were only four seasons of the show and that for now, Blaylock is no longer acting.
The thing I loved about this show was Trip. I loved that he was from my home town. I sometimes catch myself sometimes going around town and thinking these are the same streets a Starfleet chief engineer will one day run around. I hope one day he visits and I get a chance to meet and welcome him home.
I just discovered this series and watched them all on Prime Video. Might be my favorite Star Trek series now! Especially with the renewed activity in space exploration, this series is an exciting vision of the future. Wish I would have discovered it sooner and that we had more! Thank you to the cast and crew!
This is cool. I always liked Enterprise despite the way the network treated it. I originally hoped the Xindi would turn into the first Romulan war. It was still far better than STD.
I just love those film sets, the work, the skills that went into making them. I wish I could have worked on them, but it would really piss me off to have to break them all up when it finished - thanks for uploading
Dang dude at least now you see the light lol that was one of my biggest pet peeves about people who didn't like the show the fact that if they just gave it a fair shot they'd probably like it I mean how many people keep watching a show they don't like none lol
I used to wonder how Star Trek began and the prequel idea was uncharted territory. The only thing to be concerned about, graphics today vs graphics of the 60's. The computers in the 60's used to take up entire rooms LOL. Today, just a little pedestal or area. That would be difficult to regress.
i really liked this show. I think it was very underrated ! This crew was my favorite of all the different Trek series. I don't know why they always get disrespected !
When I first started the series I was like wtf but then it got me. Soon I was on the last episode crying because it was ending I felt like the crew was extended family.
I wanted it to keep going for 3 more seasons and felt that "TNG" holoprogramme that Riker-Troi concocted didn't help. In fact, it made things worse by cutting into the story about Trip's fake death so he could get disguised as a Romulan to infiltrate them. The stories of "The Good That Men Do" and "Kobayashi Maru" should've been used. If the last episode of season 4 could be re-done, the ship and crew could go into fight the Romulan War, the Rise of the Federation War, and Cpt T'pol could get her own ship, the Endeavour. Write: Jennifer.verti@cbs.com and lauri.metrose@cbs.com to ask that "Enterprise" be allowed to continue!
It‘s always tricky to make a prequel when technology in real life has advanced in the meantime. In many ways technology on NX-01 will always seem more advanced than on the NCC-1701 from the original series. Even more curiously when they talk about buttons being still more tactile and physical BECAUSE the show is set way before TNG ... we already now see a huge shift towards touch screen controls in favor over physical buttons today, 100 years before Star Trek Enterprise.
Enterprise was given a raw deal by the network. It was an underated show that wasn't given a fair chance. It always takes several series for actors to settle into characters writers to settle into writing for characters. StarTrek the Original series didn't do well on its first run, neither did next generation. However, next generation was given room to grow and breath. The Same went for Voyager. However, Enterprise was never given this chance. I hated they killed Trip off at the end. I still think a movie for Netflix or Amazon could bring these crew back. I'm cutrently rewatching it and think its great.👍
I heard so much bad about this one, yeah it’s not nearly as good as DS9 or Voyager but just give it a chance, i was hooked after a few episodes. It’s actually pretty good. Story lines are very good
In my opinion its the best Star Trek of all …..better than Voyager, TOS, and TNG, but probably on equal footing as DS9. Interesting now that some 20 years plus later, Enterprise now seems to be getting the plaudits that it has always deserved anyway?? My theory for this, is that the show was too soon after 9/11 for many people, and that plus internal studio politics cut it off in its prime just when the Enterprise show was about to reach Warp speed 9.9!!
I really liked this show. It had so much potential. Shame it ended like it did. They could have done a lot with the MACOs, with the Mirror Universe and with Empress Sato, and with some branches into the earth romulan war. It ended too soon and too abruptly.
All right guys let's not let the hate of discovery rob you of the awesomeness that might one day be missed because of s***** attitudes the fans are what killed Star Trek Enterprise don't kill discovery it has its faults and I hate how to Klingons look but it's Star Trek don't f*** this up for me lol
I have a sneaking feeling that maybe Enterprise was ahead of it’s time when it was first released back in 2001, that and coming just after 9/11 perhaps people just weren’t ready for such a show?? I have always thought it was great, but it does seem that many folks who didn’t take to it upon its release, are now coming back to it in their droves!! And for sure, if there is a Star Trek show out there that still has unfinished business, and is owed something by the corporate suits and studio naysayers, for that disgraceful cancellation and that treacherous final episode “ These are the Voyages” - the less said about that the better…..Enterprise is owed so much more than that debacle. Now is the perfect time to bring Enterprise back it would seem, another 3 season run, or a full length movie perhaps??
I am addicted to this series after thinking it was inferior storyline but I was very wrong. Although I am in Season 2 Episode 23. Now someone explain Starfleet then discovering a Borg crash site in the Earth's Arctic Circle why were Star Trek TNG crew surprised at "discovering" the Borg in their century?

Not sure why I was so hateful of this show when it launched. Been watching it on Netflix the past few months. Love it.

Dont feel too bad I was upset too in 01. Now it's my favorite trek
I remember not liking the first season. Seasons 3 and 4 is where it was at it’s strongest and Season 2 had a few good episodes.
Oh man so true just like DSN took me 20 years 😂 I think it’s hard to accept that he was on quantum leap and now a captain 😜
Me too until i came across the r*pe episode. So fkin weird what a pitty
Best Star Trek ever. I’m still waiting for season 5.
Kudos to all who made this possible. I'm glad I started watching "Enterprise" and wish it could continue!
Amazing group of people ❤️
Who's the young man in a wheelchair in the set? I can see who cares about him because those with disabilities are often overlooked by others.
@@virginiaconnor8350 are you referring to the character Captain Christopher Pike?
