An engaging and poignant portrayal of the Welsh folk song historian, the philosopher and light entertainment producer, Dr Meredydd Evans, who celebrates his 95th birthday this year.
Through a series of extended interviews at his home in the remote village of Cwm Ystwyth, as well as contributions from friends, admirers and family members, here is a close-up portrait of an indefatigable campaigner for justice to Wales and the Welsh language who has also directly contributed to its culture. Looking back at his long and varied career, this is Mered’s swansong, where he voices his opinions on important issues that are close to his heart.

What a great Welshman he was. Knew my father from Tanygrisiau in Blaenau. Heard him many many times performing on the radio in early 50's. So knowledgeable of the Welsh language and culture. Sadly, he passed away 5 years ago. God Bless him. Rest in Peace.

Diolch yn fawr for uploading this. I never met the man but I don't think there are many people more admirable than Merêd. He achieved so much.
You wouldn't have the documentary on Endaf Emlyn's Salem would you? It was on S4C in 2015 but I've not been able to find it anywhere.
