Not once have we been phased by the traffic and we’re from Colorado ( denver metro ) …. Best decision we ever made was moving here. So happy. So beautiful.

Hey Ryan, always love your videos. As a fellow New Yorker, I love to hear your views on things down in Summerville. We were going to come down last week, but flight got cancelled so we pushed off our "look for a new home" to a later date. Quick question how is the drive to downtown Charleston from Summerville. I seen some of your other videos (especially the one that they regretted moving to Summerville) where you mentioned they loved Mt. Pleasent because of the distant to Charleston. I ask this because I have two daughters coming with me and they need to finish/start college (they are looking at the College of Charleston) and for future work as young professionals? I was looking at Cane Bay area. Also, I know certain areas have that District improvement fee, I want to stay away from that since I just sold my Tampa home last year which had a CDD fee. Thanks!!

Lots of young professionals careers here. Check out indeed. Yes there are neighborhoods without district improvement taxes. I’ll be happy to help when the time is right.

Buy an original home built in Cane Bay. I have a house built in 2012, my son has a house built in 2022, by far my house is more solid. Or build and watch the construction closely. Buy a house that the inner built rather than a pre-built. Not all the homes built are equal. ❤

It's a shame the "walkability" is completely lacking when it comes to actual accessibility.
