I mean the shampoo is for people who use products in their hair, he's making it because it's still better than any other shampoo brand and it's probably the best choice
I totally agree man. Most of these shampoo products contain SO many ingredients that strip away minerals and nutrients optimal for your hair. Like I just found out my shampoo contains artificial food dyes like Blue 1 and Red 4, which adds no benefit and is super unhealthy for your hair.
Shampoos were literally created cuz people used soap to wash out sticky styling grease but it wasn't very good so shampoo was invented. Years later when ppl stopped using sticky styling products shampoos started to advertise as a 'health' product
Even without using products. You’re definitely going to need some time of shampoo, soap, or washing agent because just using water isn’t going to wash your hair. It can rinse away like maybe the dirt on top but it isn’t going to wash the buildup dirt/oil on your hair and scalp. Plus after a while of just water, your hair will be smelly! You can wear a shower cap to avoid getting your hair wet if it doesn’t really need to! That can help going long without having to wash it. Just make sure to keep your hair protected and mostly clean (lint, dirt, and such). ALSO there’s a thing called co wash where you use just conditioner to wash your hair and that’ll help prolong your non usage of shampoo. You don’t have to co wash often. Just whenever you feel like you need to, like once or twice a week, or maybe once or twice every 2+ weeks. Again, you’re going to have to shampoo at some point but doing what I said above can help you do it a lot less.
@@jackweber3660dandruff is caused by shampoo... and the reason your hair produces so much oil is also because of shampoo stripping all its oil everyday, its naturally supposed to have some oil.
