One of my favorite channels now. You're still fishing and not chewing food talking to the cam or talking about your hair or asking for donations when you just landed a sponsored house. Great video, keep them coming BTH!
Been a fan of Josh since the ole extreme coast forum days- the kid has been catching epic fish since he was like 12 or 13- not really sure but I don’t think he drove to the beach in those days! Amazing to see all his adventures and how he has used the drone to really get an overview of the whole environment on calm days. Not sure he pioneered the method but he was the first guy I ever saw do it and he continues to get epic footage. Keep slaying them BTH👍
Codys Tv definitely spillway snook! I try the spillway near my house in south Florida and only been able to get a young juvenile snook. Have caught bass bigger than it.
BEAUTIFUL FOOTAGE!!! I wish more of the channels I watch would use higher resolutions, my monitors run 1440p and I have never been more amazed by fishing filming quality. Great job!
Thanks for posting another excellent video, Josh. This video in particular is outstanding because my son and I will be fishing with Captain Jamie for two days at the beginning of March. I hope that we have as much luck then.
Tremendously impressive! I’d no idea the schooler like that... and the drone video is absolutely spectacular. Thanks so much! I’ve shared with my boys and know they too will be pleasantly impressed
I caught a 63lb black drum on Memorial Day I’m so happy, but I also caught it on monofilament line it took an hour I had super low drag so it wouldn’t snap
BLACKTIPH DO THIS CHALLENGE!!!!!!!!!!!! BUY THE WORLDS LARGEST GUMMIE WORM IN THE WORLD OFFLINE AND TRY AND CATCH A GOLIATH GROUPER WITH THE WORM LIKE THIS IF YOU WOULD WANT TO SEE THIS VIDOES!!! I KNOW I DO!
I'm making this comment at the intro, if your PB is 5lbs then you haven't been fishing in the right spots, LOL 😁. After hearing the Capt say there are 50&70lb drums out there, I'm absolutely sure you will be beating that.
My PB Black Drum is 62 lbs, caught it near some jetties by the ship channel. I thought I was stuck on rocks it was like an anchor. I mainly go after Redfish, Flounder, Speckled Trout. Every now and then I'll get after some Cobia, Kingfish, Crevalle Jack.
I had a Florida Captain's license back in the day and I had a 14' flats boat and I miss it so much somedays. I grew up in Brandon, Florida and that's all my boys and I used to do was go out in the bay on the sand flats outside of Bullfrog Creek and just nail snook and redfish (red drum). Fishing with shrimp and swimming lures on 40 lb mono with a Penn spinning reel and a 6' Ugly Stik. Now I live near Pittsburgh and the biggest thing available to catch around here are gigantic channel cats. If I want to get a quick thrill I take my super ultra light rods and fish for trout at the local stocked lake. Still, nothing like going out to Seabreeze by the bay or Fort Desoto on the Gulf Pier and catching black fin shark on 100 lb mono with steel leaders and deep sea rods.
thats some of the coolest footage probably ever of black drum , caught hundreds and ive broken 1OOlbs butt never fished for drum in that cool a fashion top notch as judge smails would say
I could throw baits in that school all day long and never get bit. My guide would say I’ve never seen them not take a bait like that. I’ve run across schools of jacks with guides and they would barely give my bait a look. The guides would always say “I’ve never seen jacks not eat like that”. At least I can watch blacktiph catch em. 😃
One time I was on a pier, and this guy caught a 67 pound black drum on a piece of shrimp with 10lb test while puffer fishing. Not even kidding craziest thing I've seen .
I live in Missouri and fish on only rivers and lakes and watching your videos has made me add salt water fishing to the top of my to do list in life. Might just change my major to marine biology and move to Florida!
I lived there for 20 plus years! It's nice to see recent footage of the area. Great vid as usual. My faves are of the big goldudes getting whipped by ambies and goliath groupers. Also the day you had $ 200 dollars worth of jigs broken off.
PB Black Drum is 57 lbs... It's awesome when you get to sight fish for them in shallow water!! Definitely an amazing school though!!! Ours that size we usually find scattered across the island flats when sight fishing.
you got one of the best fishing shows i have ever seen. Thanks, even though it looks like youre living the dream, ha ha ha.

One time I was on a pier, and this guy caught a 67 pound black drum on a piece of shrimp with 10lb test while puffer fishing. Not even kidding craziest thing I've seen .
The highest quality resolution UA-cam can do is 720p, saying it's "4k" would be like playing a DVD in a VHS tape player and saying it's "DVD quality"
This is cool dude. You got me subscribed. Drone is a plus too 😁😎 got a mavic pro myself.
Great fishing bro and keep it up
Ahh love snagging drum
I live in Missouri and fish on only rivers and lakes and watching your videos has made me add salt water fishing to the top of my to do list in life. Might just change my major to marine biology and move to Florida!

Awesome camera work & fishing.
I lived there for 20 plus years! It's nice to see recent footage of the area. Great vid as usual. My faves are of the big goldudes getting whipped by ambies and goliath groupers. Also the day you had $ 200 dollars worth of jigs broken off.
