I'm currently in a calorie surplus and this includes around 200g of protein per day at 65kg bodyweight which is on the higher end of the scale.
I do struggle to eat enough calories most days (without junk food) but don't see the issue with more of these calories being made up from protein rather than Carbs or Fats.
As long as you get sufficient amounts of Carbs and Fats then I don't see the issue with a higher protein intake.
What is the minimum amount of carbs we should consume a day to maintain muscle and to grow muscle? Also how much carbs should be consumed around workouts for pre and post exercise?
