In Kenya it would. Other than fire safety, we consider burglar safety as well. The house has 5 openings. For me, that's good enough fire safety, actually safer than most constructions done.

The stonework is a personal add on. We can do it for you or you can use own 'fundis' if you have good ones.

YES. The council is yet to understand container construction but they should be approved as temporary structures.
