- In this video we are headed back to Magic Kingdom for an afternoon of rides before the main event: the return of Happily Ever After fireworks!
As an extra special treat we are trying out the Fireworks Dessert Party at Tomorrowland Terrace, which cost us an extra $100 per person...! For that price you do get access to a reserved viewing area for the fireworks and then tuck into some food and drink whilst avoiding the crowds. We’ve looked previously at the dessert parties but could never justify the cost (we’re definitely more savoury people!) and after watching this vlog, I’m kind of glad we haven’t as that’s a lot of $$ for a mediocre time!
Oh yeah, it's probably the one thing I'm glad to have done but wouldn't recommend. Sad really as the concept is great but the execution doesn't quite live up to what I was hoping for. I think plenty of other things to spend $99 per person on that are better (that's 10 x spring rolls, each!!)
The dwarf ride is a bit of me and my suspicion is that witch stole Daves jibbit 🤣
Id say not worth the money and such a shame all the waste.

Sadly, I’m not surprised by all the food waste. My ADHD brain went and looked up to see what happens with it. It’s either donated to food banks (un touched food) or turned into compost and Animal feed, and oil is turned into bio fuel.
Sorry for Dave’s loss of the jibbet. My kiddo would have had me looking for it 🫤 but it is a crocodile one for their Crocs. Great vlog, as always!

That's good to know re: food waste, I was fairly sure they would have to do something appropriate with it, although it would be even better if people only took what they would be likely to finish or just a little less than an actual mountain.
