I think the chest pain differentials are narrow. I’ve had patients present with what they call “chest pain” that they think it heart related. But actually the pain epigastric - stemming from pancreas/stomach.
Is it possible to immediately diagnosis the person if I only look at his ECG without any history taking or physical examinations? For example if I'm a lab technician or just a friend of the patient and I see STEMI + book knowledge of STEMI, is it possible to diagnose MI just from that?

Good one, but if you check he also mentioned heartburn which well describe GIT related chest pain. My thoughts.
