    Is studying clinical medicine starting from a presenting complaint, building a diagnostic framework with relevant illness scripts and then going on to diagnostic workup and therapeutic reasoning the best way? Is it the only way? Is any one way better than any other way?

    Doctor, you should basically hire a programmer and put this entire algorithm into Artificial intelligence and make a virtual doctor so that us humans dont have to memorise so many mnemonics. Modern medicine is nothing but algorithms based on latest guidelines. We can't memorise so many statistics, but AI can
