My resume had overlap with my activities and I submitted it anyway. It also had tons of new information though. I included things like community service and minor clubs that I didn’t have room for in my application. If you have some new information to put in a resume, even if it has a little overlap, I would recommend submitting it.

Can I ask you a question? My school is a national public school and we don’t even know what credits are? Should I just put 0 in a Common App question asking

I believe you're referring to the Honors Program in Medical Education (HPME), which was terminated this year citing a lack of diversity in their participant profile. Hope that helped!
