I was in on PUT options after I saw the strong reversal on the 3rd (triple top) on QQQ but surprised that it didn't cross below Monday's late day support. Is there any way you could determine if its a trending market or not in the pre-market? most of times market just trends based on news or catalysts but not based on Supply/Demand zones...on friday , market moved because of waller speech and also short covering or dealers de-hedging..nothing related to Supply/ Demand as we have tested these zones a bunch of times and price kept in this zones for almost 3 months now

Didn’t you see that big momentum red candle inside the supply zone breaking out of the bottom supply zone? I would have entered on the next candle below it. You missed out big on the downtrend. Checking on 5 or 1 minute time frame would have helped you enter the trade earlier.

..... as a newbie ..... is there a more basic ... "supply and demand" ... and .... "volume basics" video around ???? a lot of this stuff is hard to follow ..... but i understand that supply / demand ... and volume .... are the key metrics to follow that determine price
hey carmine i know you are against lagging indicators but the last point you made about trending markets where the market never returns to the zones i find that to be the one situation where having a 9 and a 21 ema on my chart helps me buy the pullbacks easier in trending markets
it doesnt make much sense on lower timeframes. If an uptrend pushes into resistance you shouldnt just short just because it is a resistance level at the end of the day you are shorting higher higher highs and higher lows.. most of the time the market pushes past that level. Trading is gambling and market makers do what they want
Simply following support/resistance to enter a trade is a dangerous advice to new traders. Last few weeks there has been multiple instances of support and resistance not following through

I do not use any indicators, besides VWAP
