12:50 imagine having a game so good at representing accurate dinosaur's that when someone is gonna talk about the designs they don't have much to say except how accurate they are haha.
Acrocanthosaurus also appeared in the Discovery channel documentary simply called Prehistoric. Two episodes, same design. One was D.C and the other was Dallas.
fun fact: the grey acro design and footage from 'monsters ressurected' is supposed to be in 'dinosaur revolution' but they didn't use the footage for some reason, so monsters ressurected use the footage since both docu series are made by discovery channel (correct me if im wrong)
Fav Acro of mine is the Dinosaur King one, especially the Alpha version with the bright pink spines and the black body. Acro has been a favorite of mine ever since.
i have a funny story with this dinosaur, every time my friend would play Jurassic Park Operation Genesis it would go pretty smoothly until he'd add THIS Dinosaur, in which case it would always bust out and kill everyone, it happened 3 times
The Beast of Bermuda acro model actually changed as that was the old model you showed, the new one looks much better! The Absentia Acro is incredible and is getting some updated buffs!
A video idea for ya, what if you did a video of the top 10-20 lesser known dinosaurs and then have a month of doing poles for those species? I personally really enjoy finding out about species and specimens I wasnt aware about and getting the inspiration to look into them more and I am sure I'm not alone on this fascination.
I feel kind of sorry for the acrocanthosaurus from dinosaur king, because he found the fossils of his family and all he wanted to do was protect his family even though they're extinct
My favorite large carnivore ever, thank you! As soon as I got the notification! I was thinking, you should do a new series, "Underrated dinosaurs", giving obscure/unpopular dinos some love! Just a thought
I also liked the white Acrocanthosaurus version of Monsters Resurrected better than the green one. I thought the green one moved a bit too unintentionally goofy, like if it shat its pants lol.
The acro mod for ark and a couple more modded creatures from a certain mod pack are being officially adddd to the game, woth ceratosaurus coming out close to the end of this month (Estimate from Wildcard)
My favorite interpretation of Acro is a Carnegie toy model that's black and gray/silver with yellow eyes and yellow spots along the spine. I've had it since I was a kid, and I still love it (even if it's technically inaccurate).
I still find it so strange that Roblox games have gotten to a point where they’ve got way higher quality accurate designs than some shows/games/documentaries. Prior Extinction in particular with their Dilophosaurus & Acrocanthosaurus designs.
Like how the alpha Acro from Dinosaur King looks like evolved Godzilla from GxK. Dinosaur King predicted the future of the Monsterverse and it went right under everyone's noses.
On Minecraft Bedrock Edition, there’s an addon called Prehistoric Animalia with a very nice Acrocanthosaurus design along with many other very accurate creatures.
It's one of my favorites because we're both from Texas, but I think people sleep on how BIG of an animal this thing was. It's a big ass Boi ! It wasn't terribly heavy, you get the point.
Tbh, I completely despise how the Acro in JWE looks, as it resembles more of a Tyrannosaurid than a Carcharodontosaurid. There are many other hump-spine designs I prefer.
The more elongated model of Acracanthosaurus from Monsters Resurrected was originally made for Dinosaur Revolution in a segment called "Drunk Dinos" along with an unidentified North American iguanodontid. Their models can easily be found on the internet.
The JWTG Acro was based on the Spino’s base model and animation, same as the Cerato, that’s why it looks wired. The JWA one was using the T.rex base model and animation, but Ludia actually hired better designers to make the models look better.
Acrocanthosaurus Atokensis is a species of Acrocanthosaurus that lived 113-110 mya it lived in the antlers and cloverly formation its hump possibly was also used for display and hump actually describes what i think what acros are trying to acheive with thei hump it had 3 claws and fingers on its hands and 4 toes with the 1st toe being vestigial its jaw drooped a bit at near the tip it had extremely serrated teeth it mainly Ate the iguanadontid tenotosaurus a vulnerable or young astrodon or sauroposeidon in the antlers formation but in the cloverly formation it mainly ate sauroposeidon and tenotosaurus and VERY rarely sauropelta it had a sleek body monsters resurrected's grey variant pretty much shows what we think acrocanthosaurus looked like it may have hunted by biting into its prey causing a large wound and if it fended off the acro it would slowly bleed out and maybe get some infections on the side oh and in the albian stage of the early cretaceous thats when grass appeared so thats cool it could get up to 2 metres or 6 feet tall like 11.6metres long or 38 feet long and could weigh up to 7 tons its top jaw had more teeth than its bottom jaw
The Monsters Resurrected Acro manages to somehow be behaviourally the best carcharodontosaur depiction in media, simply because everything else is WAY worse.
12:50 imagine having a game so good at representing accurate dinosaur's that when someone is gonna talk about the designs they don't have much to say except how accurate they are haha.
they’re also VERY beautiful, that’s something else to talk about

Fun fact: that's a design that was supposed to be in Dinosaur Revolution but was scrapped.

Given that the clip is used in Dinotasia, the film cut of several Dinosaur Revolution segments, yeah I can believe it
@@MattHedgern yeah
You forgot about The Isle's acro:(
I weirdly Love chunky acro. The large barrel build makes it look like an absolute unit of an animal, it makes it look oddly more Powerful
A dinosaur that needs more appearances in documentaries.
Acrocanthosaurus is my favorite dinosaur with Therizinosaurus
i coudn't even tell 🙃
I agree with you!!! They're my favorite dinosaurus!!!
finally one of my favorite species of dinosaur that is pretty underrated so i have waited a long time for this
The Beast of Bermuda acro model actually changed as that was the old model you showed, the new one looks much better! The Absentia Acro is incredible and is getting some updated buffs!
I always love seeing new interpretation videos on my feed!
You and me both
ARK Acro roar is amazing
A crow can't answer us
The ARK Acro is a mod but I believe they're planning on making it an official dino. Same with ceratosaurus and a few others
I like this dinosaur quite a lot, I made a pretty high-effort drawing of one last year, which is still among my best work to this day.
such an underrated dino
Divine Beast's Acro is actually getting a rework! It's model from what's been shown is very close to Prior Extinction's Acro!
The rework looks way better than the current, which usually wouldnt be saying much since dbs models usually SUCK but this ones great
A video idea for ya, what if you did a video of the top 10-20 lesser known dinosaurs and then have a month of doing poles for those species?

Nice,i don't think this dinosaur is that famous,so giving it some love IS great
I feel kind of sorry for the acrocanthosaurus from dinosaur king, because he found the fossils of his family and all he wanted to do was protect his family even though they're extinct
Dayum thats sad
I always loved the acrobwver since I was a little kid from that exact scene ❤
My favorite large carnivore ever, thank you! As soon as I got the notification! I was thinking, you should do a new series, "Underrated dinosaurs", giving obscure/unpopular dinos some love! Just a thought
Love that idea!
GREAT idea
Acro carchar amd giga have always been my favorite mega-theropods

the JPOG Acro is my no.1 top favourite acro design!
I love Acrocanthosaurus!
YEAAAAAAAA MY FAV DINOSAUR OF ALL TIME !!!
Didn’t know there was this many interpretations tbh
Ay my second fav theropod! i knew he would win the poll
This is absolutely amazing video so yeah and DK Acrocanthosaurus is the best one
Acrocanthosaurus is my second favorite dinosaur, my first being Arkansaurus.
My favorite interpretation of Acro is a Carnegie toy model that's black and gray/silver with yellow eyes and yellow spots along the spine. I've had it since I was a kid, and I still love it (even if it's technically inaccurate).
Beautiful
Acro is one of my favorite theropods
Fossil Fighters being mentioned in any capacity always makes me happy
Technically this is your third carnosaur since you also did Allosaurus. Anyway another great vid
This is my favorite big carnivore and it’s very underrated
Props to Garuga123 for making a good big carnivore
Garuga making better models than the ark devs lmao
@@jeuress025 there’s a reason why those creatures are coming to official ASA

Prior Extinction in particular with their Dilophosaurus & Acrocanthosaurus designs.
Prior Extinction Mentioned Let’s go! 🗿🍷(11:45 - 12:05)
The best Acro design was made by Carnivores saga community no lie.
Like how the alpha Acro from Dinosaur King looks like evolved Godzilla from GxK. Dinosaur King predicted the future of the Monsterverse and it went right under everyone's noses.

finally my favorite Dinosaur
This is a nice surprise
My third favorite theropod.
Holy crap i never realized alpha Acrocanthosaurus genuinely looks like Godzilla in Godzilla x Kong as if alpha acro was that universes gojirasaurus
acrochantosaurus is one of my favorite dinos concavenater is my favo
I LOVE ACROS!!!!
Ark survival ascended acro 🗿
Nigel Marvin from "Prehistoric Kingdom"... _"Acrocanthosaurus! The 'High-Spined Lizard!' An apex predator...and a _*_good_*_ one at that."_
I thought the isle legacy and evrima concept art acro are pretty cool especially the latter, I LOVE the acro concept art for the isle evrima
the acro in ark survival ascended is actually coming to the game now
I remember him appearing in the episodes “Prehistoric: Dallas and Washington D.C.” showcasing him being an expert sauropod hunter.
This is literally my favorite dinosaur!
I came back after seeing what appeared to be an Acro in a small teaser for Dead Sound’s season 2 of his Dinosauria series
I love the editing, so you still have to work for longer at work?
I do, unfortunately. A few more weeks apparently, but they’ve already extended it a few times haha.
Yes, path is getting another acro from the arazoa team
No ETA's™️
It's one of my favorites because we're both from Texas, but I think people sleep on how BIG of an animal this thing was. It's a big ass Boi ! It wasn't terribly heavy, you get the point.
The ark one is fun. They used the hump as a sheild stance sort of deal, and its roar is almost universally recognized as the best in the game
There's also an acrocanthosaurus in Minecraft dinosaur mod prehistoric animalia
Interesting that most of Acros rep seems to be from videogames.
ark additions acro, my beloved
acrocanthasaurus is by far my favorite mega-therapod

The isle legacy and evrima acro rn 😢
You forgot about the isle's models they are great tho (both the legacy and the upcoming evrima one)
"The Acrocanthosaurus is a member of the Theropod family"
Oh, dude. Look up the animated short "High Spined Noon." That one deserves to be on here. He's the sheriff!
The JWTG Acro was based on the Spino’s base model and animation, same as the Cerato, that’s why it looks wired. The JWA one was using the T.rex base model and animation, but Ludia actually hired better designers to make the models look better.
YES! My favourite dinosaur!
I understand that one of my favorite theropods is having trouble adapting.
Finally my favourite dino
The adventures of ceratops one looks like a tarbosaurus with a sail
Honorable mention the acro’s in the novel Raptor Red. The beach scene was described in bloody gore well lol😂
no Isle Legacy?
My personal favorite dinosaur

Monsters resurrected gave me the tier crown
Dino guy are you going to review 65🤨?
I said it before with t.rex and i'll say it again here - You should cover Beasts of the Mesozoic more, they have an Acrocanthosaurus in the works!
FINALLY!
My Favorite Dino ;)
FINALLY MY FAV DINO!
1:29 the alpha acro is litteraly evolved godzilla
The Monsters Resurrected Acro manages to somehow be behaviourally the best carcharodontosaur depiction in media, simply because everything else is WAY worse.
Never would've known this guy if Evolution didn't add it, haha.
Can I have an acrocanthosaurus?
JWE: Tarbosaurus, take it or leave it.
I think my favourite Acro is the one from Dino Hunter Deadly Shores
You should try the many interpretations of Megalodon lol
I'm kinda surprised you didn't include one from The Isle.
11:57 That is the Boreal Skin
my favorite dinosaur.
YES YES MY BABY HAS FINALLY MADE IT
6:45 But it’s spines are not really tall enough though.
Me and my friend love acrocanthosaurus
Could you make a video like this about giganotosaurus?
I can never tell if you like or dislike a dinosaur design 😭😭😭
YES!!!!!!!!!!, THE COOLEST THERAPOD EVER
More beasts of bermuda for those that were forgotten in previous videos pls
The Acro was also in The Isle prior to Evrima, I'm surprised it wasn't really touched upon.
Didn’t know about it
