„Das Wie am Was“ - das Kunstkonzept der Droege Group - ist fester Bestandteil unserer Firmenphilosophie. Die intensive Auseinandersetzung mit Kunst stiftet zum Sehen an, schärft die Wahrnehmung und bereichert als kreativer Impulsgeber unsere Transformations- und Wertsteigerungsprojekte.
Seit einigen Jahren porträtieren wir im Rahmen der „Das Wie am Was | film edition“ Künstler, die eng mit der Droege Group verbunden sind. Dabei gewähren sie in kurzen Videos einen sehr persönlichen Einblick in ihr Schaffen und interpretieren die „Regeln der Kunst“, anhand derer wir unsere Arbeit erklären.
Die aktuelle Folge der Das Wie am Was | film edition ist der Künstlerin Ulrike Theusner gewidmet. Theusners vorwiegend farbige Arbeiten wirken leicht und impulsiv und zeugen von ihrem souveränen Umgang mit allen künstlerischen Mitteln. Die Künstlerin zeichnet eine sensible Bestandsaufnahme unserer heutigen Zeit und gesellschaftlicher Stimmungen. Sie schafft Bilder vom Jetzt, manchmal skurril und wie halluzinierend. Ulrike Theusner saugt alles ein, was visuell und atmosphärisch auf sie eindringt und bringt es in ihrem eigenen, immer leicht nervös wirkenden, aber dennoch präzisen Zeichnungsduktus wieder hervor. Ob sie dabei immer „den richtigen Griff“ findet und wie sie mit Unvorhergesehenem und Unperfektem in der Kunst umgeht - darüber spricht sie in diesem Video und reflektiert dabei über eine der Regel der Kunst der Droege Group - „Kunst entsteht aus dem richtigen Griff“.

The intensive engagement with art encourages seeing, sharpens the perceptional capacity and enriches our transformation and value enhancement projects as a creative source of inspiration.
For some years now - as part of the “Das Wie am Was | film edition” - we have been portraying artists who are closely connected to the Droege Group. In short videos they give a very personal insight into their work and interpret the "rules of art", on the basis of which we explain our work.
The current episode of Das Wie am Was | film edition is dedicated to the artist Ulrike Theusner. Theusner's predominantly colorful works appear light and impulsive and testify to her sovereign handling of all artistic means. The artist draws a sensitive inventory of our present time and social moods. She creates images of the now, sometimes whimsical and as if hallucinating. Ulrike Theusner absorbs everything that visually and atmospherically impinges on her and brings it out again in her own, always slightly nervous, but nevertheless precise drawing style. Whether she always finds “the right grasp” and how she deals with the unforeseen and imperfect in art - she talks about this in this video and reflects on one of the rules of the Droege Group - “Art originates from the right grasp”.
