Great video again from Yale Appliances. We trust your reviews! Sadly, Samsung has apparently discontinued the emerald green bespoke fridge we were hoping to buy. We'll now be going with GE Cafe instead. What a horrible decision by Samsung.

I had no problem with Samsung Tech support. No problem at all! I own a Bespoke refrigerator and I love it!

I appreciate all of your videos. My GE range recently went up. My local Best Buy was getting rid of the Bespoke and Cafe floor model ranges for 1/2 price. I went with the Cafe range because of your videos (although black wasn’t my first choice but it actually looks good and l love a deal.

I just had my 2023 Bespoke fridge die: what this man is saying is the truth! Getting someone to work on it was nightmare fuel. And getting tech support to not read off a script and kick you back to step one was terrible.
FWIW the tech who came out said my fridge was faulty from the factory it took him 8 hours to trouble shoot and the fridge was stripped. But it's been over a month and im still waiting on a replacement fridge.

Yup...when there are issues. They will become your problem. Now what to do:
      1. Call the dealer get them involved
      2. Cancel the transaction on your CC
      3. Write reviews, etc
      4. Small claims is a last resort

@YaleAppliance1 Not fair to dispute a charge and you won't win either unless:
1: It never worked or broke within a day or something (a real lemon)
2: You bought it directly from Samsung who guarantees the product (the dealer doesn't and they sold you a working refrigerator in good faith)

The dealer/Samsung deserves the right to fix in good faith. BUT the customer deserves the right to have a working product.
I would check the lemon laws of your state. In Mass, we have tougher laws.
But I think it is fair to dispute a transaction on a non working product

@YaleAppliance1 Yes but my point is that the dealer does not give any warranty at point of sale. If they deliver a working product in good condition, why should they be on the hook several months later if something goes wrong and they are not the manufacturer? Obviously, it makes business sense to help the customer out and fight with Samsung on their behalf but ultimately, it's Samsung that's responsible to make good on their own warranty.
