Hello you dirty potters. every now and again I sit down to really test myself and see if it matches up with my imagination. I wanted to make this vase for a very long time but didn't quite know how to execute it. fortunately for me it came out exactly as I imagined (that doesn't often happen) And I'm pretty pleased with the final result. we will most likely glaze this large ceramic vase in another video. for now it goes in my shame pile :)

Damn Donte, you got that mean muggin concentration face... All jokes aside- Fantastic Vase! Can't lie, held my breath when you put it on the wheel upside down.. Can't wait to see the glazing.

Absolutely magnificent. I'm not sure why but the comment about taking a look at somebody else's work is kinda like telling DA Vinci to take painting classes. 😅
In my opinion it doesn't matter where you draw inspiration from.

That is a gorgeous form! I love the way it turned out. I'm not sure if you're familiar with Gabriel Nichols, he's a British potter that throws really huge forms with natural clay. He gives a lot of tips for throwing larger forms and I just thought you might be interested in checking out some of his videos since you're trying to improve your large form throwing.😊 Keep it up though that was impressive!
