My friends and I tried hanging in this tonight and it was painful around the legs, the rope cinches around the thighs. Attaching a carabiner at the front of each leg loop with a clove hitch helps a lot.

I thought you dont need the carrabiner at youtr back insert the rope yout head to make an x shape through your body
Well anyway thank you for sharing your video gave me the idea i used two role to make the full body safety harness so when i watched your video tomorriow morning i will used only one rope for cutting big branches of manggo tree
