I live in socal and ive gotten a greenhead here , if i got one in socal u can get it anywhere else in California, ask any hunter socal is one of the worse areas to hunt for ducks in California, its agrind to hunt out here .
I live and hunt duck in Florida. Trust me I know you’re pain. When the season ends on the last weekend of January. It’s when the most of the birds get here.
You're seeing local birds. Minnesota starting their season mid September is idiotic, most drakes are still in eclipse. Southern states start their season at the start of the push
Alabama guy here. Be happy you have 20 days of mallards dude… I’ve seen 4 mallards in Alabama my 16 years of duck hunting.
More mallards in February in Arkansas than all of the season
There’s too many refuges
Mallards show up in NC on Jan 31st, which is the last day of the season.
Complaining about not having long enough to hunt mallards, yet we’re lucky if you even see one all season down here in south Texas
I disagree, here in CA there’s practically no mallard season because there are no mallards to hunt 😅
I've been duck hunting for 4 years in CA still haven't gotten a green head
The Kalamath drought didn’t help. Or the lack of management practices from CDFW

Come on out and hunt the butte sink in the sac valley. 100 day season
I’ve shot 24 mallards this season so far here in Eastern Ontario
NC is the same way birds dont get here until the end of the season
Not sure where in nd ur talking about I've lives in the dakotas my whole life very few mallards nest here

s carolina same way. all the mallards show up in february
90 days in New Zealand
Bruh in north dakota ive only seen 3 mallards all season
In idaho we hunt mallards on the snake from oct 1/jan 31 its steady for that entire time but gets HOT in November
Yes cuz the seasons have changed
I’m not a duck hunter, but the duck hunting down here isint what it used to be. I hear more people complaining than anything.
I see mallards all the time I know you hunt in Minnesota

@@daltonsales5481 but you're still seeing mallards local or not
@daltonsales5481 also you have to think lakes start to freeze up here by like the 3rd weekend in November
Where’s this guy hunting
Minnesota
You’re not special. Utah doesn’t get a ton of them a bunch early and a good migration but it happens fast
Who cares
