    Hi James., Can put some light on what will be future for QA in CC space? with automation tools like Cyara, what other skills are needed ?

      This is a market that has really shrunk over the last 5 years unfortunately. Automation and headcount reduction have both played their part in this. I'd recommend QA professionals to expand their skills either into product development, implementation or support as these are more stable jobs markets
