I copped and I'm a og dunk collector. These joints gettin worn every October only and I'm just fine with that. Have plenty of other shoes to wear year round. Pretty lazy review foamer u usually on point.
So first the actual negatives, first the glow in the dark is actually pretty weak I had the shoe next to my og northern lights low and it wasn't even close. Those you can see from space like the Travis Scott AJ6. The quality on the Suede is marginal at best the orange tumbled leather is better but it isn't great. The quality control on these isn't very good tbh. There's small minor glue stains where the midsole meets the upper.
And even with all that being said these are dope. There are so many little Halloween touches to these shoes from spider, to the embroidered web, the toebox, heel tab, candy corn lace tips, and insoles. I love all the extra laces and I have plans for all put the purple. And even though these are technically a "GR" general release pair there really not. Only tier 0 and skate shops with dunk accounts are getting these. Og skate shops that got plenty of purple lobsters (and I'm talking over 100) got 20 of these. All shops ordered these last December before dunks started taking off again. Nike Reps actually encouraged accounts to not order to many pairs of these, now dunks are hot and everyone wants them.
Og's that are really into dunks go crazy for releases like this. In the old days unless u knew someone you had no idea exactly when a dunk would release in a skate shop and it would just be put on a shelf. Thats what happened here with most spots and pretty much everywhere they were gone in 20 mins. I missed on a few instore raffles, online remains to be seen, and had to camp at a spot where practically nobody knew about because it was unannounced. yes I just wrote a novel. And if you read all that then this passionate dunk collector just taught u something.

@@OxidheartHD it's a 7 month old comment. But the price will definitely go up, so yeah hold them for a good 5 or 6 years and make sure to sell them around halloween time .

As a collectible SB, these are right in line with what Nike has been doing. I like them, trying to cop is proving challenging.

I love the color way and I think that withought the spiderwebs the shoe has a lot more wearability, you could black them out with paint or a sharpie, but I think they would be cool with a nighttime fit either way. I’ll probably wear them once a week

Honestly my favorite shoe, got them and they are 🔥 also under the ghost if u flip up the tag it says "BOO!" and insole is a real pic of a smashed pumpkin! So many little details!

When a shoe drops on Halloween with a Halloween theme you don't get to enjoy them on Halloween. And fyi they are supposed to drop on SNKRS in the US on the 31st (halloween) and you will get them in November...enjoy

Just realized the toe box “vent”(holes on toe box) are in a jack-o-Lantern pumpkin face. The would be a lot better without the spider web and just plain black or purple soles

I have those Easter af1 and these and on the af1 there literally is a cracked Easter egg on each shoe on the tongue 😂😂😂😂😂 people be tripping the shoe carries a story and concept that shouldn't limit you to when in the year you wear it, whatever time of the year it is the shoe doesn't change that or even imply you're suggesting you're wearing them for that reason, more so it carries the symbolism of the reasoning behind the colour way and projects the meaning of why the shoe exists whenever in the year it is imo
Buckets trips me out. I really would like to see a video where you are talking about 5 pair of shoes that buckets give a 9 or higher. I know buckets like to be behind the camera but you could do the video still.
I think they were GS looking. The glow in the dark outsole is too green and should have been the standard glow like the travis 6s. The webbing on the side panel has to go, and the ghost is too much. Im not even sure about the pumpkin face preforation on the toe.
