great tutorial............another couple of good tips I use personally, is I start a couple of wraps with the tie on material first, directly to the frame, then lay the bands on top of that, proceed as normal, and I also fold up the tag end as you mentioned and keep wrapping.....when I get to where I'm pulling the tag end under the wrap with the string, I always moisten the area a tad so the tag end pulls under the wrap more easily.
You are very welcome ☺️ Theoretically reusable but only when theyre new(ish) and only if you can remive them without damaging them. For band changes that have been on a while I would ditch the old tying strips 👍
