great tutorial............another couple of good tips I use personally, is I start a couple of wraps with the tie on material first, directly to the frame, then lay the bands on top of that, proceed as normal, and I also fold up the tag end as you mentioned and keep wrapping.....when I get to where I'm pulling the tag end under the wrap with the string, I always moisten the area a tad so the tag end pulls under the wrap more easily.

Theoretically reusable but only when theyre new(ish) and only if you can remive them without damaging them. For band changes that have been on a while I would ditch the old tying strips 👍
