Trim a QuickTime Video Clip

To trim a video clip in Quicktime Player, just press Command+T.
You can also select Edit from the Quicktime Player menu, then select Trim.
A yellow bar will appear that can be moved left or right depending on the area you want to trim.
To trim a clip in the middle of a video, press Command+Y or select Edit from the menu and then click Split Clip.
