Licensing Your Songs To TV and Film Without Other Songwriter

✨Synch licensing requires explicit permission unless one party has been given the administration rights. Admin rights will allow the party to license the song without having to consult the other party. Once licensed, all parties are paid according to their share of ownership. In the event no contract was signed, make sure credit is given and money retained to reduce the likelihood of legal action.
