it's vegan hot chocolate. I'm lactose intolerant and yea it's never stopped me from drinking normal hot chocolate but it could be helpful to people who are allergic 🤷🏽♀️

I believe the sweet potato is there to act as a thickener to give it a very creamy texture that would otherwise be hard to attain for a vegan hot chocolate

There is an older Simpson's episode where Bart is told by Marge that he is now old enough to add his own marshmallows to his hot chocolate.
The marshmallow then soaks up the hot chocolate and expands to the size of the mug which Bart sighs tips it out and eats with with a knife and fork like a desert or something.
Is there any way you could recreate this because damn!! I know marshmallows just dont don't work that way but if there is any thing close to this that you can create and get the same result! Please do and share this!!

Thanks for the recipes! As I usually belong to the group of commentors that enjoys watching these videos but never tries making them on their own, I decided to give it a shot today! Recipe no. 2: tastes good and (to those who do not like sweet potato) I can barely taste the sweet potato due to the intense flavor of the dark chocolate and the marshmallows on top! Definitely worth to try, but get something to make the sweet potato puree truly homogeneous, otherwise you end like me having chunks in your chocolate :D

easy chocolate mousse recipe:
• 3 hot chocolate powder packets (those little swiss miss ones, i think 8.25 oz each)
• heavy whipping cream (1 cup)
beat ingredients together with whisk attachments (for extra air) until soft peaks form and isn’t that liquidy. don’t over beat or you will make butter.
