I think the reason most people appreciate coffee in adulthood much more is due to the fact that they have already adapted to the bleakness of life. And so a cup of coffee serves as a constant reminder that even though life can be bitter sometimes, you still gotta embrace the negative just as much as the positive. Its a ying yang thing lol.
