If someone used this in a playthrough and replaced the original music with this track, this would be the part where you'd hear the loud "CLANG!" of the boss's claws digging into the wall, as both of you begin a deadly climb. At least, to me, it would sound like that. 😅
That climb is the hardest boss in the game if you ask me. It's the most fluent and precise mechanical thing to get down because you have to direct the boss. They don't make games like this anymore... Btw the guy in the video is playing the worst versions, the PAL is the best looking one and hard is the only fun difficulty. The guy in the video is playing us version on easy or something :P Sad story bro
@@uokutopa Yes can't agree more, "Burning" had always been my top favorite BGM among Axelay BGMs, also among other SNES soundtracks, where you can feel the intensity from the screaming brass sections. Unfortunately Axelay is one of the underrated/less known SNES games & especially its soundtrack. Anyway really great work from its composer - Taro Kudo.

This is a really great remix ! The instruments and beats you chose are less "alarm" and agressive than the original, so the remix would probably suit less for the action in-game, but I really like the trancy flavor you gave to it that conveys a sense of epicness and gravity.
when the boss gets in position, the wall is supposed to move to the right and into the side of the building. In this case the boss just flew outward...that literally never happens lol. The screen is even supposed to shift right for that boss fight.
+Dreadnaught396 He might be playing an emulated version of the game. I haven't seen the screen shift right during my SNES9X runs. Or it might be a one-off thing? I dunno.
Actually I'm wrong, I didn't notice that the top and bottom of the screen is cut off lol. Screen doesn't shift right. For some reason I remembered it shifting.

SaviourV It's normal difficulty. On hard mode, the climbing enemy is faster and it follows you when it deploys the drills.
