This gentleman is an intellectual and hardworking. And so he deserved a high rank government job. But couldn't understand how Pakistan has left behind in economic growth and other developments. Although the youth of Pakistan is hard working and talented. And countries like Bangladesh and India have developed and have strong economies. Mr. Aneel sahib, nation is proud of you but the fact is that, not 100% CSS (PAS) can speak or write accurate English. It is admitted truth. I hv seen PAS of even Grade-20 but they don't possess due property of knowledge. May you serve the state honestly.
