Dead honest, what i like EVEN more than typical iconic and hyped cars everyone buys and modifies, are the odd commuter cars no one would think of touching. Buying a affordable car that any average joe could buy and making it yours, THIS IS WHAT IT'S ABOUT. This is what I truly appreciate about car culture, this is what it should be about and what makes it special.
It's cool about car culture that every country has THE car that built the whole thing. There's only a handful of models worldwide that achieve a level of social importance because they were *the* cheap useful car that everyone who needed to get shit done got.

In Tokyo, "prosucc" is said to be the fastest car on the Metropolitan Expressway Shutoko including Wangan. Equipped with great power by twin turbos with quotas and deadlines, and burning gasoline and lives, it is overworked!
I just spent 2 months in Japan, helping my friend at his dealership... doing mechanic work/shaken/auctions etc.. In Japan when people/companies give up their cars to be sold off I find it so odd HOW MUCH STUFF they leave in the car. Mostly CDs, cell phone holders/chargers, and other personal items... One time in a trunk of a JZX was a whole tool bag (with tools) and spare parts for the car (headlights and tail lights) and a bunch of Drift Tengoku magazines. Kind of a weird glimpse in to somebody's life, or if it was some company vehicle.. figuring out what the company did.
The metal thing in the back left looks like a server rack rail (used so you can get at the server "modules" when they are mounted, they slide out like a drawer) Also knob too small, relatable lmao

Really love how we got more of the scenery of Japan and you just doing mundane things, I know this is a car channel but I really enjoy seeing some everyday stuff like you eating cup noodles and that lol, it's a nice change of pace and oddly entertaining

That table reminds me of my old super custom hiace. The center console had a fridge with an ice tray in the coldest part, plus a canteen kinda thing that would heat water to just below boiling (cos it was plastic). It was so Japanese. One speaker am radio tho. That's a bit rough.
The production quality is off the scale, seriously hats off to you. Can’t wait to see more on the Problox! Suspension, wheels/tires, brakes and a proper cat-back exhaust (maybe TRD?) would be sick!
Damn! It gives me the vibes like these small cars that people use to go for camping. It seems amazing as a multipurpose car. My dream is to just move up to Japan, buy one of these cars, and start road tripping and camping on it. I can't wait to see the changes you are going to make on it!

The intro use to remind me of a anime intro, now due to the narration it reminds me more about the old BBC Top gear. Pro succ, brilliant. Personally I would do what you want to do. (Lower, rims & tyres), and then keep the roof rack and the old stickers. Then it looks like a van that does work, but has been modified. Also great storage spot on the roof.

(kangoo's) we dont have the peugeot here in aus as far as i know. Our small "panel vans" of the era were the holden/opel/vauxhall combo (like a barina/corsa but a van) and the kangoo.

As much as I appreciate all the usual JDM legends you see on UA-cam, I must say it's really refreshing to see a build on a vehicle that is generally considered more an appliance than a car.
I own a similar Toyota in Thailand. It is called "Avanza" and is basically a tall station wagon. It's narrow width is perfect for small streets and its high clearance is great for flooded streets. I have dual fuel (LPG-gasoline) on it, it's a great little workhorse.
Hi alexi, i know the turbo upgrade is more common and more easier to find. But few years a go Hot version did an episode with Supercharged fitz with (1NZ-FE engine), it generate a lot of good comments and they say it helps the small engine to climb mountain road better. The supercharge kit is made Blitz and looks pretty complete pack. thanks for the video

In Ireland a 'van' has to have metal panels instead of glass in the rear section, we even had a 3 door Opel Rekord wagon (Holden Commodore wagon) van.
