What a really great quote from a really great movie! But what is more ironic, is that it was told in the movie, but I do not think it was in any of the stories written by Robert E. Howard, who created the character of Conan. What is even more ironic is they did not tell the actual story of Conan in that movie.

While this game has had it's ups, and downs, one thing that has been constant is it's soundtrack, which is one of the best, and does a good job of immersing you into the game despite the game's flaws.

Finally figuring some things out, building our 1st base, home. The Sandstorm is no longer a threat. Neither is thirst or hunger. The 1st tables and craftsman. Gear, supplies. All that, new and alive, with this music as the backdrop....
The degree to which this game is beautiful to look at is truly incredible. I mean that. So many aspects of this game are fiddly, annoying, or outright broken, but it's so pretty I keep coming back to it. I think that's one of the signs of an abuse victim, isn't it?
This song takes me back to the Hyborian Age. I can taste and refresh myself in the waters of an oasis after traveling through deserts and desolate lands ⚔

If you ask me, its biggest plus was the art. It's got a lot of flaws, but it's very pretty.
The OST for Age of Conan, also made my Funcom, is phenomenal. Some of the songs on that OST were reused for Conan Exiles.
