Sometimes I feel down with my little problems, and dont realise how I should be glad for what I have and for the loved ones I have by my side.
Tclbmx that is so true we don't know what we have until it's gone. that is why we need to be grateful and reflect on all the things and people that we love. at the end of the day I reflect on that and I'm truly very thankful and this video is a great reminder of that.

I don't even know how to put it into words without sounding super cheesy, but at the point where you said "Everything will be okay", I completely lost it. I listened closely to every word you said and I still can't stop crying. I felt so valued and comforted and understood... And it really touched me.

Honestly Charlotte, you are the nicest person I've come across. The fact that you go out of your way to do all of these empowering things for people by your own choice and that you enjoy doing it is SO calming and comforting. I always know that if I need a person to receive comfort from, you're there. I always watch your videos when I'm stressed, upset, angry, sad, can't sleep, or even when I'm in a positive mood. You never fail to amaze me with how much you truly believe in each and every individual on this planet. You give me hope when it's lost, confidence when it's been drained, company when I'm lonely, and much more sleep and less restless nights. You teach me to think positively, especially in rough times. I was just diagnosed with cervical disc disease and I can't keep my career or any normal job. Walking and doing anything normal is hard now or stopped all together. I have these nights where I can't sleep and hearings nice things like this really help. Thanks char

I'm glad I found this, I really needed this more than I realized. I've been in a really dark place, and it has been a very emotional struggle and toll on my life. I've been having to take on responsibilities that I had no choice in, regardless if I wanted to or not, or if I had the time or capability. I started going to college to study something I had a huge passion for, but thanks to things out of my control I haven't been able to do any of those things I wanted to or had a passion for. Listening to someone tell me I can do this not because I have to if but because I have the talent means the world to me and makes my tears turn into those of hope instead of hopelessness.

I already had watched this video a few times before, and yesterday while I was watching it again I still have found something very significant new about how "words shape our world". So, I will try my best to not say bad words ever and when it's not necessary I should stop listen to people using offensive language, cause it's contagious. Thank you very much, Char. Char thank you for helping me to sleep. I work overnight and I continually wake up during the day and can't get back to sleep. I put in my earbuds and put on a sleep mask and drift off listening to your voice. I would love an audio of just you talking to me about yourself and coaxing me to relax and fall asleep. I loved the "airplane in the sky'' like faint background around 0:45 to 3:35 which made me feel extra relaxed. I don't know what it was because it was too long for actual airplane sound, but ironically it was better because it lasted longer. Would be nice if it turned out it's something you can replicate.
