Your uplifting spirit and great sense of humor make me want to complete your exercise videos. I found this one very challenging but I completed it. Started out with 5 pound weights down to 3 pound then to none!! Thank you, I had a great time!

I had to laugh a little because at 68 I still love my techno music. But I a have a taste for all types of music. I can for sure do a similar workout to a softer sound. Stay tune.
I'm glad you smiled. I sensed that you love your music, of course. I just thought, wow, such a positively minded man with such a great idea. I also like certain techno sounds, and I am 51 years old. When I participated in your training sessions, I always got a headache. Maybe I'm too susceptible. Not delicate. But some sounds give me headaches. Hmm... I wonder what else will come with the years? 😅 Not just with your music but also with the extractor hood when cooking or vacuuming. I have no idea why. It might have something to do with hormonal changes. Now, I have too much testosterone; I was already worried that I was becoming a man. 🤣
That is a good question. I suggest that wheelchair users who cannot use their feet, instead sit up tall and raise both arms up over their head and lower down. This has put a spark in me to do a seated strength training workout. Do you use dumbbells or body bar? I know some wheelchair users who use a body bar.

Paul, what exercise should wheelchair users do instead of calf raises?
That is a good question. I suggest that wheelchair users who cannot use their feet, instead sit up tall and raise both arms up over their head and lower down. This has put a spark in me to do a seated strength training workout. Do you use dumbbells or body bar? I know some wheelchair users who use a body bar.
@@PaulEugene I use dumbbells. I have a balance problem so I do some exercises one arm at a time. I am a wheelchair user.
