- Hello people, well back to Episode 43 of our SE Asian tour! Today we're in the beautiful city of Kuantan! Join me as we go for a wander and explore the city, we take in some local sites, sample some food and enjoy the street art of the area.
We then visit the pretty nearby beach of Teluk Cempedek, unfortunately the weather wasn't great for our visit but we still had an enjoyable experience on the last stop on our visit to the east coast of peninsular Malaysia.

The east coast looks so beautiful! We haven't visited the east coast just yet, but definitely need to give it a visit soon I think now!
Definitely recommend it! I was a bit unlucky with the weather and short on time so I'll have to go back and explore further! Heard the Perhentian islands are stunning also 👌
@@cworldwanderer Yeah it's a shame the weather got in the way a bit, but that's Malaysia eh! 😂 Perhentian islands and Redang look absolutely stunning! I can't wait to head to them!

@@cworldwanderer Kuantan is known for its beautiful beaches. I haven't explored d whole city yet though d city is quite small. Kuantan only got its status as a city few years ago. 😁
I'm commenting per your request. 😊. But I do like how dedicated you are to upkeep of your hair and facial hair. I leave for a week long trip properly trimmed and return home looking like a homeless person 😢. Anyway, appreciate your videos.

I didn't actually 😅 was planning to spend a few hours there exploring but had to abandon the plan as the weather turned crazy ⛈️⚡😩

I went to Temerloh and a local person suggested I should try that. I like to taste different food but that sounded like a nightmare to me 😂
@@cworldwanderer try ikan bakar then (grilled fish). You can choose your type of fish, maybe you can try stingray. Ikan bakar with air asam dipping.
Not a big fan of seafood but I like Ikan bakar. Fresh grilled fish with a spicy sauce 😋 tasty!

Yeah it was pretty quiet walking around, the malls opposite my hotel were busy though
that was a hindu ritual walking from their kovil to put their God to another kovil
