the most annoying characteristic of this monster back in MH2nd is the freakin wind around it XD
but back then u just needed to poison him and then break the horns, now this fight sucks, the black aura is awful, and he like to play the floor is lava most of the hunt

This is a good example of a boss dependent on RNG and enemy AI.
If he's on the ground, most weapons can hit his head so you can attack him.
If he's in the air with white shield, you can attack him normally.
Air and black shield? Good fucking luck even getting close for the next 5 minutes without IG.

Kushala Daora was interesting to hunt in previous games, in World however it is fucking awful...
@alfredoamendez4299 He's not. He's just as sucky in the old games. He's always been a terribly designed fight. It's always either you headstun him to death or he hovers in the air and covers the area with so much bs you barely get to do anything. And no, just because you can flashbomb him doesn't make him fun too fight. There's none of the back and forth that is crucial to a good fight.
@@resm-oe9ji I'd say it's less that there's NO back-and-forth in the fight and more that the back-n-forth is rather sporadic. Whenever it's on the ground it leaves a lot of openings after its attacks, but once it takes flight unless you have a weapon with good reach to knock it down it becomes a very one-sided fight.
Rise seems to have realized this fact and made it so its flight is seemlessly integrated into its combat flow, so he's still going airborne quite a lot and still has the wind barrier (sort of), but he's never STALLING you with said flight.

orange + white buff gives you earplugs.
edit: tho in this particular case I think I was just out of range so the first roar didn't stun me

Wieso gehst du nie für Bombadier? Lohnt sich das nicht? Also mir is aufgefallen du bist selbst mit der Dalamadur Gleve im Master Test ohne gefahren. Wird es outplayed? Für mich wars bis jetzt immer Safe mit Slime Weps, oder unwichtig wenn man Speedkills macht?

Canta spricht sehr wohl deutsch lol aber Bombardier wäre hier der falsche skill wenn du essen meinst. Wenn du willst dass deine blast procs stärker sind musst du für felyne Feuer essen und den Skill hatte canta im master Test (Englisch Pyro). Wenn du den rüstungsskill Bombardier meinst, der ist wirklich eine Verschwendung von Slots die du für bessere offensive skills benutzen kannst

Oh... I think I already got it. Like, its head threshold for stagger (is it stagger?) isn't very high and it doesn't go up. Or is that not it?
+Luiz Araujo yeah, stagger limits don't increase and once it falls over, I keep attacking the head to build up damage, making a follow up stagger a lot easier.

Ein Monster schreckt ja ab einem bestimmten Schaden auf einem Körperteil zurück.
Wenn das Monster zurückschreckt dann schreckt es beim nächsten mal soviel Schaden ja wieder zurück.
Zur Frage: Wann kann man wieder anfangen diesen Zurückschreck-Schaden aufzubauen?
Ab wenn das Monster mit dem Zurückschrecken anfängt?
Ab wenn es mit dem Zurückschrecken fertig ist?

I've been getting bored of 4U. I'm not interested in relic farming or speedrunning, I already have most of the weapons I want, and I only play 4U with friends on the weekends. I imagine you've gone through the same situation? If so, what do you recommend doing to help spark interest in 4U again?

Hat glaube ich eher damit zu tun, dass es einfach nicht möglich ist, in der ersten Minute schon genug Schaden zu machen, um das Monster aus dem Apexmodus rauszuhauen, ich bezweifle aber, dass Capcom einen Code im Spiel eingebaut hat, der verhindert, dass die Monster in der ersten Minute aus dem Apexmodus fliegen können, wäre völlig sinnfrei und unnötige Verschwendung von Ressourcen.
