Considering this was Tom’s first ballroom of the competition, I thought he did AMAZING! He has such natural musicality and swing, he really accents the music well with his actions whenever he dances and makes it look smooth and easy to watch. I think his future ballroom numbers are going to be even more elegant and I can see him and Amy going at least to the semis and maybe even further, who knows!

Aaah, definitely a ballroom boy! Ballroom is his strong suit. Almost unrecognisable. Look how great he was! Beautiful, graceful, confident and elegant! It's nice to see him do such a great quality dance now. That's the skill I want from someone dancing with Amy. Great choreography and such technique! High hopes now!
I loved this one - for me it is representative of the essence of Strictly, for foxtrot is a pinnacle of ballroom dance. In my opinion, probably the best dance Tom’s done yet? It just seemed so natural to him.
I thought this was definitely one of the best of the night - feel like it’s a bit underrated online

classic ballroom will always grab my attention, beautiful song, beautiful choreo, and beautiful performance💛 considering this is toms first ballroom he’s off to a flying start, and his improvement every week so far is so amazing to see!

I loved that this was a proper routine with no messing about or any props or gimmicks. Brilliant choreography! I feel that Tom looks more comfortable every dance and he shows a lot of promise in his ballroom here. He could definitely extend his lines more, especially in the side-by-side section with Amy, and try to achieve cleaner footwork and a straighter posture because he did lose his neck and head placement and so on quite a few times here. I agree that he didn't quite look like he was leading the dance but that will come with time I'm sure. He already has great confidence, musicality and showmanship.
This type of dance suits him so much! Love it!

For Tom's first ballroom, this is a very good crack at a foxtrot. His frame wasn't too shaby. Footwork needs more work but his timing was excellent. 6
Foxtrot is my absolute favourite dance and there are a couple of Sinatra songs that are just wonderful to dance to. Add in a stunning dress and a proper old school tail suit, and I am in sheer heaven. This was just gorgeous to watch. Tom reminded me of a young Marcus Hilton (google him if you are not familiar), lovely posture, just one or two moments where Tom appeared to be pitching forward a bit, but overall I thought this was just lovely.
In the foxtrot we want to see good frame, heel leads, gliding across the floor, big steps and on top of it all - sway. Tom and Amy looked fantastic in those outfits, he was totally into that lovely song both rhythmically and performance-wise, his frame was excellent, he didn't miss a heel lead, his arms were incredible... it was a joy to behold. Unfortunately, they broke hold several times (which is illegal), there was no sway (but I'm sure it will come with time and practice) and I wanted Tom to work just a bit on his posture, but otherwise it was superb in so many ways! Classy, elegant, very high quality of footwork, flawless sense of rhythm, exquisite arms... my score: a 7.

Tom look so adorable, the dance was adorable! It felt so at ease and calm. Loved the technique (nice sway, feather steps, heel turns, etc.) The frame was good, Sometimes, he got deep into his knees to travel across the floor which is meh. Despite that, this is another Foxtrot that I wish was an AS. I feel like all the foxtrots (except for Sara, Sara hit the money with hers) would have been scored higher if it was an AS IMO. However, I loved the dance especially for his official first ballroom. Well done Tom!!

Beautiful feather step. I love the feather step. Great rise and fall especially when pushing down on first step. When he's dancing alone he needs to express his body more. Looks uncertain then

Man the judges are getting really picky with the so called front runners. I always see week 4 as a hangover week of sorts after “lights camera & action” from movie week and it’s difficult to follow up. I saw an attempt in swing and sway but it wasn’t as strong as other foxtrots this series. I liked his pivots but footwork does need work in a way that the footwork is not quite locked into place to create that gliding movement that is required in the foxtrot. But out of hold & performance is top draw as always.

Some lovely weathers and feather steps but tbh one of my least favourite performances of the night. No expression in his hands or line out of hold, the topline was stiff and too much out of hold. The sections out of hold were great! Especially the end section. Its a shame that he missed heal leads and it felt more like an American Smooth! It had a lovely elegance and tranquillity to it which was lovely and he kept relatively good amount of body contact. I think Latin is alot more his style. Why didn't they use the squid game fly me to the moon xD, I would have had a little more enjoyment from it. It was confident atleast. A very relaxed *7/10*
