I have to come back and explore! The guided tour seems cool! Btw. The water in Catalonia is not for drinking! :/ It has a lot of chloride and the pipes are old...so it is better to avoid drinking that one (at least that is what my friends told me who live there) and I know that is the case with other cities and places in Spain like Valencia, and in Catalonia like Tarragona, etc. But maybe they made some changes now in Barcelona because it is very popular...in Madrid you can drink it, it is very good.
