Much as I enjoy your videos with your guests, it’s also nice to have just you on your own sometimes, chattering away and making us laugh! I love this natural look too 🥰
Morning Caroline! This is the perfect pick-me-up ... I've gone that charming greenish-grey an English winter seems to encourage 🤭. Replicated this with my own products, and it's soooo pretty ❤
"Just been dug up!" that has to be the best intro I have ever heard, I choked on my coffee. Once again when you started I thought right she has made a pigs ear again yet, as always, it was stunning. I love all your guests especially Anna, the colour guru and would love a video on choosing not only the right foundation with undertones etc but also the right colours for each season group.
What I love about you Caroline is u don't ever say please subscribe, please like the video, you do these videos for the love of make up and teaching us mere mortals some of your amazing skills. It's so refreshing and you are so down to earth especially knowing you make up some of the worlds most famous people and ud never know. Many thanks for your videos ❤ x
That look is just what is needed in these winter months! I would love a masterclass! I live in the middle of nowhere and buy a lot online and oh! the mistakes I have made!
Beautiful wintery look!! Would love help when picking foundation. Love the skin tint on you! Always happy to see you and all the wonderful tips you bestow on us.
That was a lovely video thank you, really love the makeup and yes please to a skin tone masterclass as I struggle with either pinky tinged skin or pasty and pale! Also struggling with dryness with concealers especially so I may try the sheerer Maybelline one….best wishes, hope Willow doing well x
Another super look Caroline. Your skin looked wonderfully radiant with the products today. Agree with other comments on choosing the right foundation shade especially on us mature ladies. Please do a skin tones/foundation video to help us wade through the many products out there. ❤
Yes please to a foundation master class! I’m naturally very pink on the cheeks and would welcome advice or tips! Always enjoy your videos - thank you 👍🏻
Love this makeup, it looks beautiful on you! My favourite lip balm is Dr Sam Bunting. The one I use is clear but she does make a tinted one too. It suits my dry sensitive skin and keeps my lips hydrated even at this time of year.
Yes, please a masterclass on how to choose the right color foundation. And I love this big blush/flush fresh makeup. I don't think I could do this. Cheers!
Really love this soft, velvety look, Caroline. I think we're all feeling a little urgh, aren't we? But at least the 961 days of January are over. Super fun film, and I'm definitely going to dig out the brighter blush! Have a lovely week xx
Omg ! Got clarins sos primer, pink coloured tube ! Absolutely amazing it’s makes your skin look like silk and I’m 57 and menopausal. I’ve tried everything and this is incredible
Loved that video! your dark eyelashes matches your top which looks fab and all those glowie products are so tempting to buy. My daughter and I use Burts Bees lip balm, the watermelon flavour is soo nice, BP do an SPF 30 lipbalm which goes on well and not drying at all. Please do a video on how to match up foundations for different skin tones, that would be excellent xx
A huge YES PLEASE on the skin tone and undertone video. Also just wanted to say I love the way your mind works. I feel like I’m catching up with a close friend. Thank you!
The new ole Henrickson lip balms are so nice. Smooth, not sticky, hydrating, nice range of colours. One is a colab with Anine Bing, a lovely strawberry shade. So good. Swede is my favourite brand, they can do no wrong. Everything i try is great. And the powder is always sold out - that says something. Lovely classy look Caroline.
I'm loving the Ole Henriksen lip peptide thingies. I've got a couple and my fave is the Lingonberry Jam glimmer one. It looks like lipgloss on. It's also a lovely cool toned colour. Emma x
Gorgeous make up look Caroline. Thanks again for a great video. As for lip balms, I'm using Sara Happ the dream slip. It's actually a night balm, but I use it every morning. Since I started using this my lips are smooth and no need for re applying during the day. Most lip balms irritate me, but this one doesnt.
Caroline you are so gorgeous and I am sure not just on the outside. Thank you for reminding about the brushes. Now there are UNDER 100 sets left. I cant wait to get mine and rewatch CB videos! ❤❤❤
Beautiful make up look! I purchased the Dr. Pawpaw lip balm after you had Jackie on. Wow! It is really nice- got in in clear and red. I am always searching for lip balms in the winter that actually stay on and are nourishing/not sticky and this works. For no color soft balm in a convenient carry around- I like the by Terry (it's a chubby crayon) but it is fragranced so beware. Glossier has some really nice small tubes-- the balm is lovely and very hydrating- unfortunately also have fragrance. An indie brand in the US that has fantastic clear and tinted balms in a chapstick type tube is Girlacktik- they are fantastic (no fragrance).
Hello Caroline! Absolutely beautiful! I really love learn from you all this tips ... is always a makeup masterclass! Thank you so so much! Have a lovely weekend!🧡🧡
Love this look, so beautiful and easy. I am going to look into some DM products, have never tried them. Love the base and highlighter. Yea, please do a skin tone video, would really enjoy your expertise.
Good morning, yes please re skin tone ❤ I keep discovering my complexion colour and would be so useful to finally know for sure haha Beautiful look today, Caroline and oh my goodness, Willow sounded so cute, just wanted to see her mummy 🐶 😂
Lovely look Caroline! Would love to hear advice regarding choosing foundation colors, my neck is more fair than my face and that’s a struggle! And also please show us Willow 😊❤
Hi Caroline, I adore my brushes - I might have to get a second set. ❤ My favourite lip balm is the Sisley Phyto-Lip Balm in Pink Glow, I think you'd love it. 💋
I did like your top! Talking about Tencel, have you tried Tencel bedsheets?? OMG you never want to get out of bed as they are the softest most luxurious feeling sheets ever! My favourite lip balm started off as a very lovely present from my daughter, its the Chanel Rouge Coco Balme! Rather pricey but they are lovely. They give a subtle amount of colour and feel so good on the lips. As Ive gotten older Ive developed an allergy to whatever is in so many lipsticks which leaves me lips feeling dry and burning. Tried so many different brands..pricey and budget with the same results until my daughter bought the Chanel one. Bliss. My other favourite find has been the Maybelline Line Tattoo Crayon Pen...such a fantastic eyeliner. Its soft so doesnt tug at the skin around the eyes, is waterproof so ideal for the waterline. Have a great week ahead gang! x
Caroline, you have to try Paula’s choice lip and body balm, it’s the best lip balm I’ve ever used! It instantly repairs and my lips never get dry when I’m consistent with it x
I bought your brushes and they are absolutely brilliant Caroline. Make up application is so much easier with them and I have high end brushes which I thought were good. Yours are immense! Glad I bought them now, especially when you say there is not many left xx
Thank you... I needed this! I look so rumpled when I first look at my face in the morning (57 this year) and yes, a bit of glow and brightening and a fresh pink is order of the day. I find the Age Rewind concealer a bit heavy and slightly cakey on my skin, so I just use a tiny dot in the furrow below my eye bags. I tend to avoid anything directly under my eyes as where the soft 'bags' are on me, they are very lined and any product, especially powder, makes the lines look like lightning bolts after a while. I need to hide them, not draw attention! So I use a tiny brush to just place product in the shadowed furrow to brighten it. Lip balm recommendation from me is the Ole Hendrikson Pout Preserve Lip Treatment. I use Creme Brulee (without glimmer) and it makes my lips SO soft. Which reminds me, as we change month, the elusive moisturising lipstick with SPF 50 search for 2025 will commence soon! Any news on product development on that fron, Caroline? Beautiful colours + hydration + SPF50 protection is like finding the Holy Grail! Thanks again for a lovely informative look and video. X
Thank you Caroline, this is exactly what I needed! I've just bought some Delilah products including the Wake up skin tint. I merrily slapped it on not realising how glowy it is - like a full face of highlighter 😂 I'll try again this morning and use it sparingly with a little bit of my usual foundation. Off to see if I've got a nice pink blusher too ...
Dear caroline , I so enjoy your channel, you are so funny and knowledgeable. I'm amake up addict and have been for years. I try to have a clearout, but I'm not very good such a horder!!!. I loved Jackie, so interesting such a rock chic!! And my age group. Could I ask your advice. I'm a similar coloring and dry skin as you Can you recommend a foundation used to use a Charlotte Tilbury now discontinued!!! I have a drawer full but not found the one! Xx
Love love love the Dr Paw Paw tinted and non tinted balms. Non scented and really gentle and nourishing. Also love the Elizabeth Arden 8 hour lip balms. Untinted and Tinted. They’ve got spf in too xx
Fab as always! We all need the glow at the mo. Lanolips is so underrated I have them in many colours & flavours. As usual an elegant & balanced look. Love it. Dee from Cork!!
Yes please do one on how to match the right foundation to skin tone ...I'm still unsure @ 55 years old wether I have ' yellow undertones' or 'neutral' or 'pink' & the lighting in most of these make up department stores is hideous so you often get advised the wrong colour by the girls working on the cosmetics counter !
Def video on skin tones for foundation, also is there an alternative cruelty free concealer to Maybelline one please. I love this look so soft and flattering and will be trying out later ❤❤
I love the lancura lip balm in salted caramel from Aldi of all places. It’s meant to be a dupe for rhode and it’s so hydrating without being sticky. Also would love a video on skin tones. I have light olive Indian skin and I struggle!! Particularly with dark pigmentation under the eyes
Hi there lovely Caroline. Hope you’re ok. Love the blusher you used in this video. Beautiful colour! I have tried the Maybeline concealer but unfortunately it’s a bit too drying which is visible on my skin. I have incredibly dry skin these days. I actually prefer my Trinny London ‘Just a Touch’ as although it’s not perfect it sits better. Love your skin-tone masterclass idea. 👍🏻 x
You got me into Stare & Stripe knickers Caroline. Expensive but worth it for the comfort. I also got one of their vest tops which I wear in bed. It's the softest most comfortable vest top I've ever had. Thank you (although my bank balance 😬)
At a certain point, I thought "oh oh, she's making herself look like a French mime....", but yet again you pulled off a fabulous make up look--one of your best:)
Love your honest videos. True before and afters. 😍 I look like I've been dug up 😂 but don't look as fab as you after putting make up on unfortunately 😂😍
