I agree. But even though the design is not the best, you can still play very effectively if you know how to position yourself correctly, and overall it’s still a fun experience when I play on it
Worst maps
Conquest: Monte Grappa, Empire's Edge, and Heligoland Bight.
Operations: Sinai Desert.
ROY57ON sinai is amazing for sniping
Galicia is much worse, both Operations and Conquest.

Sinai Desert contains pretty much everything bad in Operations. Planes rule the skies with the only counter being other planes. The map is poorly designed and allows both teams to camp in the back of the map, resulting in useless snipers and bipoded Supports that never Ptfo. The Train and the weather are nothing more than annoyances that add nothing interesting to the map itself.
Galicia has many of these issues, however the map design allows players to overcome these, with the weather and Train having less effect on the outcome. Also There's enough cover in the wide, open spaces to prevent you from becoming sniper/LMG fodder. However Galicia can be a very punishing map on attacking and it sometimes feels like the map itself has no ceiling, allowing Ilya Muromets to annihilate an entire team in one strafe run (believe me I know). Still, I've found Galicia more entertaining than the maps mentioned in my original post.

I usually get a pretty good calvary streak on this map as an attacker. Defenders usually tend to bunch up.
Empires edge is worse, Heligoland is also terrible, Caporetto is fun, depends on your team ofc but I've had it before where our team (attacking) caps all the flags and the enemy gets totally wiped out so instant victory as they can't spawn anywhere. Breaking past A is key really and getting behind them to E or D first.
Hard to do it when you're playing with randons on Pubs...

The worst bf1 map is either sinai or galicia, but the worst in bf history are bf4 base maps, especially golmud

I love this map. Sinai Desert and Albion are easily the two worst in the game. The Cei Rigotti and Mondragon are awesome guns but the reload times ruin them.

To me it's Lupkow Pass. I don't mind snow maps but this map is absolutely boring and slow-paced, especially on Shock Ops where it's just sniper battle.

Why do you dislike Caporetto? I happen to enjoy it, especially as the attackers, the Levins/gas projection interactions on each flag besides the last is pretty neat. If you time it right, it can help your team move up the map continuously. First set off gas by home spawn, then capture A set off gas from a to b and then continue forward. Using the gas as coverage, and a clear out. Obviously purely my opinion. Curious to why you can’t stand it.
love the channel dude....but will you be doing anything extra special like using special guns or gunning with one weapon only etc...i only ask because there is only so much similar gameplay we can watch as subs before it becomes monotonous you know...maybe try coming in as the pilot and running and gunning with the pilots weapon or something just to change things up a little

That map is definitely not the worst...everytime I play it I get out with a 25+ K/D at the top of the scoreboard 🙈
There is no map more awesome than this one. Argonne for example is definitely more worse as most player just clusterfuck from B to D and rarely cover each other and often leave the flanks exposed while on Corporetto you have way more options to push and break through and start decent squad maneuvers to take the objectives.
Sure it is more chaotic but you have way more options than on maps like Argonne or Zeebrugge
The maps got entirely worst with each DLC. Achi Baba is the lone exception for me. Zeebrugge and Heligoland are horrendous

Actually this map is very easy if you're not one of the noobs who always Walks from the base to Alpha instead of taking a vehicle and driving to the bottom of the map.
What to say about those guys who take the vehicle, on Suez for instance, and goes for the base flag and trap the vehicle then leaves it? Instead of going to Charlie/Dwarf (if you spawn on Apples) or Butter/Charlie (if you spawn on Edward).

That map is like all the other bf1 maps, too open..plus bomberman the time..
Too much exposure, only good for campers. Also: Heligoland (every other flag so far away) and some other maps playing Operations allows the campers to rule the match.
Kinda like the map for the flag section battles but all the open land is pretty horrible

I kinda like the map. Much more than Galicia or Albion. Certainly not the best map though.
