    Thank you so much for sharing this video. My daughter is missing both of her laterals and we have been struggling to come up with a service plan. One dentist suggests implants as the best option, while the orthodontist feels that canine substitution might be a better for her. This video answered a lot of questions that I didn't even know I had.

      Same here! I am 47 and had my lonely lateral incisor extracted to do the canine substitution. This is a controversial move according to the adults with braces group I belong to on FB, they prefer implants but I think now their opinion is influenced by dentists. Very grateful for my orthodontist for being real with me!
