It is a bit odd that waste water is just pour on the floor to drain for such a well equipped kitchen.
every kitchen ive seen does something like this, cause they just mop afterwards anyways. things like cleaning the countertop and just dumping all the water in the floor. lol i do wonder if they slip and fall in such an environment tho.
Oh I see. I can understand if it is an old kitchen but this is a modern kitchen. And it is not just water or cleaning water. It is water containing food particles that is spread all over the floor and stepped on. And it gets into cracks, crevices and porous floors for bacteria to breed. And more cleaning required. I guess it is just the practice there.
