Smile is like swimming, it needs practice. People with weak cheek muscles smile for very limited time and then succumb to depression frustration and anger . Smile even if you appear a loner and even if you feel not understood. Smile even if tears will shine your face. May be they are tears of joy. Those tears that you would excuse if you were blind before or had another disability. Smile and be thankful before you lose and miss more.

If you write out a resume, you include a cover letter, correct? As the field gets more competitive you need to stand out. Using a video recording of a cover letter make you stand out while applying in the work field. Plus in interviews one must need to know how to present yourself in a professional and confident way as well. All these tips are must haves for both situations, even if it's common knowledge some people forget things like that-ESPECIALLY when just starting out work

I don't like your fake smile. It seems unnatural. It seems over. I think we should act normal natural and original and Not artificial with an artificial smile on our face. It seems deceiving, dishonest and hypocritical. I would reject such persons with fake enthusiasm and smiling face. In fact, I would prefer original person with real abilities to do work and prove helpful for the organization.
